Absolutely horrifying I was scared for my life has I heard screaming coming from the bathroom for about 10 minutes straight while waiting in line once the person walked out of the bathroom without any interaction with anyone else I checked inside and there was a massive dump in the toilet, I wasn’t very happy with the situation, especially with the mustard Gas like Oder coming from the toilet I got a single picture after seeing that I’m never coming back, I think this was the worst thing ever, the employees were too scared to go and clean the mess and they could barley breath from the horrible Oder, please don’t come here, I had the worst time in any restaurant here compared to any others please read this review if you want to know what the service is really like.

This is the best Panda Express in Spokane. The food was fresh , the restaurant was clean and the employees were nice& friendly even though they were slammed on a Sunday afternoon. We definitely will be repeat customer’s!

The worst panda. I think I’ve been too they close at 10 o’clock but at 8:45. They have no food. It’s gonna be a long way we’re looking at 30 minutes if they have to cook anything. I will not go there again and I will not recommend this place

Panda Express is one of my favorite restaurants! The food is always fresh and tasty, and their orange chicken is to die for! Always ordered it during my visits, as well as walnut shrimps. Highly recommended!

I don’t eat Panda Express very often, but after eating at this location, I don’t think I will ever be eating at one again. Halfway through eating my meal I discovered a large piece of metal in my food. It appears to be a piece from a steel wool cleaning pad. Not sure if there was more that I ingested. I stopped eating and saved the piece of metal in case I did ingest some and had adverse effects.

Never had a “bad” service there.. they were always friendly and very speedy even when they were having rushed for time!!.. Always great food!! However’s.. due to my fault,.. I waited a tiny bit longer to eat and noticed that my once crunchy shrimp batter got a little bit soggy.. so you’re going to need to eat it right away..

We went there for lunch the other day and the food was “meh.” I was very happy to see that the Black pepper chicken” was back! However it was not nearly as good as it was before they took it off the menu. It was EXTREMELY over peppered and did not have much flavor to it. The white rice had some hard pieces of rice in it, like it had not been cooked all the way. My lunch date finished their Panda Original Orange Chicken bowl. You can refer to the picture of said empty bowl container. LOL. As we were paying for our lunch, after the transaction was done and we were walking away from the register, I remembered to ask for sauces such as soy sauce and hot mustard. Every other Panda Express that I have been to, I have always been offered these sauces at check out. The restaurant as a whole was clean. We found an empty table near the window to enjoy our lunch. The restrooms were also nice and clean, which is always a nice surprise. The biggest issue we encountered is the the staff seemed “rushed” even tho there were not a whole lot of people in there at the time. We might go back to give it another try.
