My first time eating here since the new management has taken over and I have only good things to say! The new decor inside is so much better and cleaner and the staff is very kind. I have ordered pizza from an few other Rosati’s and this location by far is my favorite, they made my pizza exactly how I asked. It was crispy, well done and pie cut. I will definitely be ordering from them again and recommending them to all my friends and family. Fantastic new owners!

The food was good. But picked up 2 chopped salads. I called to let them know that it wasn’t chopped. The reply was this is how we make ours. The salad has full cherry tomatoes and full slices of cucumbers. It wasn’t chopped or mixed. PLEASE FIND A PICTURE OF A PROPER CHOPPED SALAD. Just change the menu to a salad!!

Good place to go to Rosati’s pizza in Vernon Hills. I go there very often, but they upgraded their menu panels and lightnings. It’s much better than before, and new management is also plus….

Amazing pizza spot! Just had the mozzarella sticks and boneless chicken. Very tasty, great portions, always have all kinds of drinks. They have slices ready to go and have a 3.50 slice and drink special. Great spot to have lunch! Especially if you are near Mundelion Courthouse!

They’re called TOPpings so you’d think they go on TOP of the pizza but nope, they put it under the cheese. They put a meat “topping” under the cheese when i ordered giardiniera so they got that wrong, but heres the sick part. When i went to my car, i always check my food, and it looked like they just forgot to put giardiniera on TOP of the pizza cuz of course its a TOPPING, and its the day of the superbowl, so i say to myself, “oh they forgot the giardiniera and im not gonna wait another 35-45 mins for them to fix it, no worries though.” I go home and we all (about 9 vegetarians, 2 of them being my inlaws…) bite into meat (ham i think? How should i know?) so i go back and they remake the pizza with cheese since i dont want to take another chance with toppings. Any pizza place with overall reviews that start with a 3-point whatever is a HUGE redflag. so here i am leaving this review and never taking another chance with this Rosati’s or any of them. Macianos is next door. Rosati’s: when u finally change ur pizza making methods to assure a process step is placed to check if the cooks made the right order, then reply to this message and maybe ill try again. For now, goodbye.

Order placed for one pizza at 5:45pm and was told approx 45 min. I call an hour later and am told 10 more minutes. Call a THIRD time and the manager Jenny tells me their ovens shut off and they had to make the pizzas over again. My pizza was delivered at 7:30pm it was burnt. This location is 4 min away. I was told I could use the coupon on another order – why would I even want to order from this location again? Extremely disappointed and I should have been compensated for the inconvenience.

We ordered a deep dish pizza with Pepperoni & we got Pizza the dough was 1″ thick with the pizza sauce cheese & Pepperoni on top..this is not what a deep dish pizza..very disappointed..
