This food truck definitely exceeded my expectations! Coming from Miami I’m constantly exposed to Hispanic food on the regular but this Colombian food truck took it up a notch, although I just got a basic burger I can defiantly say it was juicy and delicious as well as being way bigger than expected. They provide an adequate amount of outdoor seething for their patrons, the vibe was very cool. My only issue with this establishment is that they aren’t open more often, sadly only open on the weekends. On a side note if you’re nervous about going to a Spanish establishment because you don’t speak Spanish that’s something you don’t need to worry about here, they always have someone working the register that is fluent in both languages.
