Great place, not as helpful as I hoped. Charges extra for more than just a small serving. The food was really fresh and enjoyed it. Feel they could allow people to try several sauces for free and offer a little bigger container for the sauce. A little expensive but definitely good.

Food was just okay, smaller portions than I’ve had at other locations and seemed a bit more expensive. Didn’t receive a warm welcome when walking on and took awhile for someone to start my order. Music selection was great though.

I placed an order online. They charge me 22 dollars for a small tofu bowl. The lady was rude and I never got a refund. I went back one last time, because poke bowls are my favorite thing to eat. Nothing changed and they gave less food in the large bowl. Not going back again.

This was our first visit. The staff was friendly and showed us how to order, Chipotle-style. The food was fresh, tasty, healthy, and colorful. The store was clean and modern looking. They chose nice songs to play from the speakers, but it was never too loud to have a conversation on our date. I watched the basketball game playing on mute on their large flatscreen. With two scoops of protein, our bill was under $30, a good price for a dinner date or business lunch. 5 stars!

I’m so glad they opened so near to me. I love this place. Fresh ingredients, tasty toppings, generous portions. So many possible combinations limited only by your taste preferences. Staff always eager to help out. My go to place after a day of running errands. Great value for the money.

I’ve been waiting for a place like this! Tastes like I’m back in the bay area or Hawaii. Not a fan of the sushi burrito but the rice bowls are amazing… especially with the raw tuna. The price point is decent and the staff will help you create a refreshing tasty lunch or dinner. They also have a nice drink assortment with aloe juice also. Love this place!

This always disappoints. I always make sure to order from dezavala after the last few times I had been at the bandera location. This particular day I decided to give bandera another chance. I should have known better but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I feel bad leaving a 1 star review but I felt it was needed since this is always happening. they always forget to put the Sriracha aioli and that’s what makes the bowl delicious. I LOVE HULA POKE but this location sucks I’m sorry .It happens every time i go to this location it’s very irritating because hula poke is so good yet so expensive and I still go no matter how many time they raise the price but for them to forget things here and there every time I come it very disappointing considering the amount I pay for a dang bowl. Please go to De Zavala location they never get it wrong.

Ordered a large poki bowl with avocado $15. I ordered spicy tuna, eel and salmon. Portion of fish is so small it’s crazy for the price. Also my eel was cold, never been to a poki bowl with cold eel. Bowl was mostly filled with rice and salad. Sauce all on top. Disappointed.
