I got the new OVERLOADED birria quesadilla and it was sooo empty we spend 30$ for tortilla. Don’t get it make ur own it’s salty as well either way which is weird since it barely has anything inside.

Overall the food is good I just find that sometimes the service is not that great and other times it’s good. I sometimes will order the burrito and they don’t ask about if I want it to be a combo or not and they tend to forget about my sauces even when I specify for them at the window. Sometimes they do a great job and other times it’s okay. The establishment is usually pretty clean, and for the most part fast ish to get you your food. Overall try to not go on a busy hour.

Went thru drive thru and they had someone who didn’t know anything. I would ask a question and they would tell me they didn’t know I had to ask them to ask their supervisor. She acted scared to ask the super (Jamie) When I got my food it was missing several items. Called later in the day spoke to Jennifer one of the managers and she was very helpful and told me to come back the next day and speak to Jamie the day manager. I went back and he was very rude and would only replace the missing items only nothing else to make up for the bad experience. Jennifer said he should replace the whole meal he acted like it was coming out of his own pocket and the he could careless about the customer. He was even rude to his own employees. Look buddy if you are unhappy with your choice of careers find a new one. This guy almost turned me into a Karen ‍♀️

Tried to go thru the drive thru in the middle of the afternoon and after serving 4 cars in front of me the drive thru told me they couldn’t take our order for 5 minutes. There was literally no one else there. The inside was empty too. I actually waited for 10 min, they still refused to take an order. Me and the one person that was behind me both left.

I visit El Pollo Loco multiple times every month, my favorite dish was the chicken nachos combo, which included chips and a drink for $5.49. Now they have a shredded chicken nachos for $8.99, ($3.50) more with NO drink or chips. The chicken isn’t as good as before, they’ve added more beans so that the chips become soft and soggy quickly. My order use to included an order of churros all for under $9.

The ‘voice” behind the “box” advised me of a cheaper way to order one of my items and it made a huge difference! Thank you so much to the “voice in the box” and to the guy at the window! I asked the lady for 4 tacos instead of making it a meal to make it $5. She charged me $24 for 4 tacos and 2 sides never going to this place again. I don’t understand how somebody could be that ignorant. Saying they domt come in 4 tacos only 3? Like give me the meal with and extra taco would have been 8 dollars instead it cost over 24$? Stay away from this place.

I love Pollo Loco when it’s fresh but today I was in a hurry to grab lunch and when it was lunch time at my job I was dissapointed to find dry chicken. I was hungry and haven’t eaten all day so I ate the edible parts. This isn’t the first time this happens.
