Met up some friends for dinner here as we were craving some soondubu. We were able to get seated right away and it was Friday night! The decor is pretty standard for a classic Korean restaurant. We got a couple of items, a large seafood pancake, large dumplings, and 4 combination tofu soups! The pancake was delicious, crispy and full of seafood. The dumplings were fried to perfection. Of course you come here for the tofu soup. The soft tofu with the combination of salty spicy soup hits the spot right away.

Pleasant & quick service in this moderately sized traditional korean restaurant. I ordered the mushroom & tofu stew which is my new favorite Located in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking & handicap access. The banchan are quite good. The dinner came in just under $30

Excellent Korean comfort food which is vegetarian friendly. If you haven’t tried Tofu soups, you are missing something. They are served in traditional Korean pots, piping hot. Served with side of rice, kimchi, pickled cucumber and other items. A+++ They pan fried dumplings are amazing. A place everyone must try during the winter.

Went and ordered and was blatantly discriminated against. They serve Korean couples next to us the stone pot rice and they gave everyone else not Korean regular rice. I asked why that was, and they said since that’s the last order. They literally ordered right before us. If you can’t bother serving the right way, next time make sure you tell the customers BEFORE they order the food. They tell us after we order so I couldn’t even get a refund. Feels like I got scammed. Stop playing with people and run a business correctly.

We came on a weekday around 6 and the place was pretty much empty. We ordered tofu soup and bibimbap. Food deserves 3.5-4 stars, but minus 2 stars for the lack of service. The Korean lady (who seemed to be the owner) had a resting b face the whole time and basically ignored us after we were seated and ordered. Maybe she just had a bad day and I feel bad to say this – but she was apparently more friendly to white customers than Asians as we observed, quite interesting.

This place is the standard for Korean soft tofu stew. It’s their specialty dish and they do it right. It’s the best Korean comfort food and a steady constant to come to. Side dishes are quality too. Must try if you haven’t been before. Those who have been know it’s good.

The food was amazing! If you want authenticity, this is the place to go. However, if you are not Korean be prepared for some stares/judgement. The angry chicken is extremely spicy—if you do not handle genuine spiceness well, you should try something else. They have a lot of different options for you to try. The presentation is also very nice. We were excited to eat!

This place is always packed. Went for lunch as a group. That’s probably the best way to go, so you can try all the delicious specials they have. Def worth to try!

We ordered number 2 & 3 from Tofu soup section on the menu. It was delicious. We also ordered number 12 from Meat/Poultry section. It was tender and flavorful. If you are looking for comfort food this is the place. Love it and will visit again.

Best tofu soup in the area! It does get busy around dinner time most days, but I’ve never had to wait. They are a bit slower on the days where they’re really busy, but it’s understandable.
