Waited for 20 minutes for my order at the pickup window. Watched 2 workers throw away at least 2 orders in the garbage and heres what I got… see photo …. Had to edit my review because about an hour after I had this horrible food (only because wife and I were very hungry) , I got diarrhea. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! You just don’t know what you’re getting.

We were so happy to hear the dining room was open tonight for dinner! The employee that was working was so terrific! She not only was taking peoples orders coming in but was also running the drive thru (which was around the building, but she was getting them out quickly) she was also answering phone calls, answering customer questions, promoting the delicious cheesecake (which we also bought) plus the bottles of sauce for take home and the A&W Steins, and keeping the restaurant clean and emptying garbage. I don’t know where she got all her energy, but she was AMAZING! And super friendly as well. Her name tag only said “Q”, she said no one could pronounce her name. If I didn’t see her doing all this I wouldn’t of believed it, you need more like her.

Poor overall experience several times in a row. From the drive though speaker not working…to being told to pull around after ordering food and waiting 15 minutes only to walk inside and wait 5 more minutes before anyone realized I was at the counter. All this for food that tasted like it sat around for hours. Needs new management and more staff. Not the place it once was

Ordered fish tacos, way too much sauce, almost no Cole slaw on them, fish is old, at least an hour past holding. Hush puppies over done, bit into one and grease ran down my chin, absolutely disgusting. Horrible, may never return! After working there for 13 years, had better expectations. Merry Fishmas!

One of the best places I’ve ever been. I always come here for root beer floats, and my main complaint with ordering root beer floats anywhere is too little ice cream- this Long John Silver’s definitely delivers a good root beer float with lots of ice cream, and it’s clear that the people here care about what they put out. The man that waited on me here, Henry, is especially fantastic. He’s always smiling and so positive, and makes the experience all the better. This place truly feels like a home. This is the first place I drove to alone after getting my license- it’s that good.

This place needs a complete overhaul from the outside in. The parking lot and drive thru are a mess, the railings are rusting, and the siding is rotting. I don’t think it’s ever been refurbished since it was built. Just a disgrace.

Pulled up to order..put the order in..very friendly..pull away to the pick up window and instantly wish I hadn’t. The place is in deplorable condition. The building is literally falling down and rotted..the hand rails rusted and rotted..the signs almost faded to nothing.sidewalks broken uneven unsafe. Again the staff were VERY PROFESSIONAL

I don’t even know why we ate here or how it’s even still open. The food was not good, too expensive. The dining room was closed. If the dining room looks half as bad as the building and parking lot it’s a good thing it was closed. It was so dirty and run down outside. The drive through was nothing but huge pot holes.
