Pretty much same McDonald’s as all the other McDonald’s in California service leaves a lot to be desired totally disorganized, workers hardly knew what they were doing at the register, we’re not dressed in the proper attire sweatshirt and sweatpants, a construction vest, house shoes, hair rollers as well as shorts on Duty the only thing missing was a housecoat, Totally unprofessional looking! Had to wait 30 minutes for hamburger and fries, crispy chicken and fries and a iced coffee. Oh, the upholstery chairs need to be redone ASAP!

This used to be our favorite McDonald’s. I don’t know what happened, but they are now one of the worst McDonald’s in Wichita. I went through their drive-thru this evening to pick up dinner for my family. The Big Mac was not only cold, but they only cooked one side of the patties? The cheeseburgers and fries were all cold. The container with fries was half full. In addition, there were no napkins in our bags. What a waste of money because we ended throwing everything away. I will never go back this McDonald’s again!

Horrendous service. Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order pick up. Nobody came out. Went to the drive thru and waited another 15 minutes in line to be told I have to go inside. Went inside and was told the order disappeared from their screen and they thought I cancelled. I told them I was sitting outside waiting, they could have came to ask. They were rude and didn’t apologize or acknowledge any fault at all. Waited another 10 minutes for the food inside. Ridiculous waste of time for what ended up being a sloppy sandwich.

Went through the drive through and the 2 ladies were so rude and unprofessional, shutting the door in my face when I was talking. Laquita was one of the names but I don’t remember the younger one with the braids. One of the managers finally got me my food and got everything sorted out and he was nice.

I usually go to the drive-through window. However, this time, I had to use the restroom, so I went inside. I was next in line to order food. I stood behind an employee who was leaning over the counter, touching the computer, apparently placing his own order. The guy behind the counter was talking to another employee walking by. As I stood there patiently (as I always do), no one said a word to me. You know, like, thanks for waiting, or we’ll be with you soon. They continued talking to each other, even exchanging phone numbers. One of them used profanity as they both laughed. After about 10 minutes or more, I left and went to the drive-through. I was surprised by the nice lady at the window. She was quite pleasant, and I did let her know. The inside employees could would benefit greatly from customer service training.

Probably the best McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I had to leave a review, because of how good the quality of the food was. The fries were hot, fresh and perfectly salted, and the Coca Cola was so refreshing. The bacon quarter pounder with cheese LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURE and tasted amazing! I tell ya. If you’ve never been to this McDonalds location you need to go. What an experience..lol. They have 2 lobby people getting you refills and taking your trays. Management walking around making sure you have what you need. Super friendly staff. Fresh food with nothing missing . Very upbeat environment. Definitely coming back here
