Sad. Ordered this mozzarella appetizer and it looked like a burnt cheese crepe. It tasted burnt as well. The sauce that it bathed in tasted like it was thawed out and watery. The pasta with meatballs were bland, no flavor at all. The seafood plate was chewy, rubbery and tasted freezer burnt. The sauces tasted the same for each dish. The kids cheese pizza tasted like cleaning supplies. The waitress was nice though. Won’t be going back here any time soon… or ever.

Service awful. Had to remind waiter my drink & bread. Waited 40minutes for my chicken picata and when it arrived it looked like chicken with soup! Tasted awful! 1star because I was offered a glass of wine for waiting so long!

We used to eat here a while ago, but when we came back it wasn’t as good as it used to be. The place still looked the same which was great but it could use a little work, we ordered pizza along with some steak, but since we didn’t really like the food (appetizers) they had given us beforehand and told them we were deciding on leaving, they still charged us for the pizza! The pizza hadn’t even come out yet. This was very disappointing since we used to love eating here a while back, and the server was a bit rough giving us our utensils, he kept throwing our straws and utensils onto the table when it would be a bit easier to just hand them to us or set them nicely on the table. The soda tasted watered down. I really hope if next time we choose to come here again, our experience will be a bit better then this one.

It’s been a while since I’ve had a meal here but I do miss them. We were kind of regulars going at least once a week. We tended to have a regular server who grew with us. She was always friendly and we always caught up with what was new. The bread was always fresh and plentiful, the olive oil would be seasonally infused sometimes and was great with the bread. Their creamy pesto was my go to dish.

I ordered the stuffed mushrooms for an appetizer and Chicken Marsala. My husband ordered the Chicken Parmesan. The mushrooms tasted old and freezer burnt. Both entrees tasted bland. Meh. Service was great, though. We got there and it was packed so we sat at the bar. We thought it would be a long wait due to the crowd but it wasn’t. She took really good care of us. Just wish the food was as good as her service.

Very, very good food!! The menu is classic and simple. The food was good home cooking Italian style. The service was a bit slow, and several of my favorite Italian dishes weren’t on the menu. Still, the food I ordered was worth coming back for, and the prices were good, especially for Hawaii.

We chose Auntie Pasto based on overall location as it was convenient while driving to the airport. We could not be happier to have selected this restaurant. The food was delicious. We had several different pastas, salads, pizzas, fried calamari, draft local beer and wine. We did enjoyed all food. My 3 kids enjoyed the pizzas and the pastas as if there was not tomorrow. We received friendly and efficient service even though it was busy time. We could not have finished our vacation in Hawaii better. Highly recommended.

From the atmosphere, to the delicious taste of any meal that I’ve personally been served…I am pleased and would recommend it to all the food lovers. If Italian cuisine is on your mind, then please give this a try. My wife and I love coming to this place, the welcoming bartenders cheer us up the moment we walk in. So happy a local family recommended this restaurant!!! The food was absolutely delicious!!! We got an assortment including a small pizza, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and of course the House chocolate pie for dessert. The meals come with warm, fresh bread and olive oil. Very nice relaxing atmosphere with exceptional customer service!!! They were also able to make exchanges for me to accommodate my food intoletances!!! Prices were reasonable (we dined for dinner) Highly recommended!!! The best meal I had during my stay!!!

I love this restaurant, but the last two times I’ve visited the food hasn’t been as good as usual. I believe there been a pretty large turnover recently so the food hasn’t been as good as before. I took a friend visiting from the mainland and he didn’t enjoy it at all. A couple weeks later I took some friends and three of our six meals were sent back, they didn’t even want anything else, they ordered from the Thai restaurant next door. I really enjoyed this place in the past so I’ll give it a couple more tries in hopes that they work out the food situation. The drinks are EXCELLENT! I love the red sangria and the lemon drop martini.
