I approached the mic and ordered a jumbo jack meal with a coke , an additional jumbo jack , 15 mini loaded tacos. I was asked to pull to the waiting spot and someone will bring it out. Wellll that never happened. My husband went in because we had sat so long. He was still in there an extra 10 min. We eventually left got to East St. Louis decided to start eating while on the way home to Cahokia. My husband meal was fine but my sandwich had bacon on it. Don’t know the name of it because l never had it before. The tacos where just plain tacos. I was furious but to far to turn around. I called back but no answer. And to think you pay for something that you didn’t get now that passes you off!

I came on the drive thru on June-15-2023 at exactly 9:52 Pm and the girl on the speaker said she couldn’t to take and my order because they were in a shift change. I asked her to repeat it and she told me the same thing again. When I came around the drive thru the girl at the window and the customer in in front of me driving an suv were arguing really bad. I couldn’t exactly listen what the argument was about but eventually the suv left yelling very loud out of their window. I then drove up to exit the drive thru. When I drove up there was 3 employee girls inside just standing there like hanging out. I never heard of a fast food place refusing to take someones order because they are switching shifts. Why would a place even be open during a shift change just to refuse service to customers? There is nowhere in the website that says that the place is closed before 10 pm for shift change. I feel like I got denied service just because the employees didn’t feel like working. Such a shame to see a jack in the box that has been there for a long time treating their customers with such a poor attitude. How are you supposed to stay in business refusing service to clients? This isn’t the first time I had issues at this particular Jack In the box. The previous time I came they told me that they couldn’t take my order because they were closing earlier. I can only imagine how much money they are making the owner of the place loose by not taking peoples orders randomly when they just don’t feel like it.

I went the drive-thru at about 11:30 and I ordered about $30 worth of food when I pulled up to the window my order was wrong so we corrected then we were asked to pull around to wait for our order after about 20 minutes I received only half of my order correct the other half was wrong so I walked up to the window and was greeted by the manager who had a horrific attitude after me showing her my receipt she then told me to pull around to the front door and wait and she will bring out the correct food when she did she proceeded to have even more attitude towards me and my wife because we did not Park in the right parking spot she said I will never go back to that Jack in the box at night ever again and something needs to be done about this manager she is costing this place money and customers

This Jack in the Is the worst! You have all these teenagers in here giving out bad service, not greeting you, just telling you a rice and sticking out there hand to prompt payment! They tell you, you ordered 2 when you clearly asked for one. This is pitiful!

Every time I’ve attempted to enter the restaurant, it’s locked despite being open. If I order delivery, it’s missing items, and when I call the restaurant, I get a “The voicemail box is full” message and the call ends. So yeah, either roll the dice with delivery or hold up the drive thru line double checking your order.

Anytime I come here for breakfast the service is incredibly slow. Immediately I’m asked to go park out front and then I wait upwards of ten minutes. I guess a minute per every dollar I spend. Today’s excuse was one worker. Perhaps management could hire and keep more employees if they paid their employees more and didn’t over work them.

I’m not sure what is going on with this establishment, we waited at the speaker for several minutes. Next we drove up to the window and no one was there we waited a few minutes and someone came up to the window no headset. She proceeded to take our order and she seemed like no care was taken. Next after the order was taken, all of the employees looked like teenagers including the manager was running around the store play and acting childish. We started to get upset after seeing them running around like that, so we tried to get someone’s attention to get a refund. Someone finally came to the window and we asked for the manager. I informed her that we would like a refund because of the in professional behavior and unacceptable service. She acted dumbfounded about what we witnessed , we decided to leave without a refund and take matters to corporate.
