Service was great, the building needs some visual TLC. No matter what location I get deep dish from, they all have been doughy (not cooked long enough) in the center four corners. This only began about Jan 2022. Either an ingredient changed, or a process, or possibly the cookware or ovens. Anyway – we love the deep dish, but can’t eat about 1/4 of the center due to it being dough. Again, it’s not just this location, but all of them I’ve visited.

I’ve had the worst experience ever at this location. I called an placed an order for a Muslim function to be had at 12:30 pm today. I get to counter to pick my order up to be given two three meat pizza’s. I told the young lady taking my order this isn’t the correct order. She said “Your name Ahmad ain’t it, well this the right order for u” I told her this can’t be my order because I ordered two cheese an Italian bread. She begin to belittle me because they have my order wrong. Then I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after being cussed out. I wouldn’t recommend spending money u work hard for here because of the lack of respect. Use to be my favorite now I’m distraught knowing my business doesn’t matter there

This location is absolutely horrible… I ordered on line at 7:30 the email response said it was going to be ready at 8:15. I drove to the store and was told I could not go inside even though I had a code to get my pizza and that I had to go to the drive thru. I waited in the drive thru for over an hour and when I finally got to the window I told them I was there to pick up an online order they wanted to know what I ordered in the first place. Never again, especially when there is a Domino’s right next door and I watched people pull in, walk inside, and leave all within 10 minutes. #nopizzapizza. #noid

I have not eaten at a LC in about 2 years. They have a better menu. I ordered the pizza and stick combo 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 cheese sticks. It was very delicious. Only gave 4 stars it was made to order and they were making all of the cars park and wait. My wait was almost 25 minutes. But I will go back. I only spent $8. Highly recommend if u are low on cash or have alot of people to feed.

Horrible service, do not go to this specific little Caesars. The speaker to order is half broken, the employees are rude, waited over 20 minutes for an order of crazy bread, ended up driving away. Food also tastes off, not like a usual Little Caesars taste like. I’d give 0 stars if I could

Don’t bother you’ll be disappointed until they get better staff! I was sold what was called a pizza but looked like a child had played in play doh. The dough was uneven we waited for 10 minutes just to get a cold pizza that was merely burnt! At first we thought it was reheated, however we really don’t know what’s the story behind it.

Drive thru had no idea they had on menu or what he was doing. Actually even cursed and admitted the lack of knowledge saying ” I have no FKN idea” had to pull up away from drive thru window to wait where I was brought only half the order by another employee who didn’t even know what she had. Just brought. We only ordered a meatsa pizza and cheese sticks.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a LC location. I placed my order online, got to the store a few minutes past the time my order and had to repeat the name the order was under three or four times before they acknowledged the order was in the system. My order was supposed to be ready at 5:51pm, but the order wasn’t even done. Parts of my order couldn’t even be completed because they didnt have what I’d ordered. I had to repeat my order twice to the worker who came out to my vehicle asking me what my order was because he said the order couldn’t be found. I waited over 30 minutes for my order to be brought out to me, and was told they were waiting on one of the pizzas to come out of the oven. After just getting home and opening up the boxes of pizza, none of them are hot as if they had recently come out of the oven; not even the one the worker said they were waiting on to come out. I will not be returning to this location; again, worse experience I’ve ever had.
