They were overcrowded, and the staff did a poor job at communicating when seats were available. It took the workers entirely too long to refill coffee in even take your order.

Order is messed up every time I order. Never answer the phone even when there are no customers dining in. This is the second time I’ve ordered a t bone (rare) and hash browns smothered and covered. Both times the steak was well done and though I was charged for cheese and onions on hash browns, they were plain. You can’t call to complain because they don’t answer the phone. You can enter a complaint through the website, but it does no good. Employee looks miffed when there is no tip—might consider tipping if they’d get the order correct and serve the food with the toppings I paid for.

Very glad that this place was opened on Christmas Eve. Whereas staff was extremely friendly, it appeared that are friendly waiter was less experience than the others. we had to repeatedly asked for things that were missing or done incorrectly. Once again everybody was awesome especially for having to work. Food seemed to be a little mediocre though sorry.
