Disgusting. This was my LAST visit to any Chipotle ever. I stopped going to the Transit location due to the utter filth factor! Tried Main St. Wmsvl, every table was dirty, brought our order home. See photos, we ordered 2 salad bowls, one had only chicken and cheese with no lettuce at all, and the other had around 5 lettuce leaves! Chicken was cold and gross. We were starving so we tried to make the best of what we had. Never ever again!

Took my granddaughter tonight to get food- have never been in a dirtier fast food place in my life. The kitchen was disorganized and dirty with food on floors and counters. Garbage was piled high by the entrance, tables were not wiped down, garbage and trash on all floors! I didn’t expect this and hope your staff gets training in health and safety rules!

Even though we reached there just a few minutes before closing, the burrito artist not only got full loads of ingredients that were running low for our large order, but also took time to wrap them up properly. The staff seemed to be motivated to do their best. The best experience I have had at any Chipotle. Convenient location. Lot of parking in the rear.

Worst experience ever. One of the only places near our hotel open for food at 9:40 at night. Ordered a bowl and they were out of everything. Luckily had the rice, chicken, corn salsa, and cheese but no more sour cream…. seriously could have gotten some from the fridge. I understand being out of a meat that would need cooked close to closing time but seriously sour cream. There were still many in line waiting behind us and several pick up orders. I asked about corn tortillas for my gluten free husband but was told they only had flour ones. Went back to our hotel and my daughter was kind enough to share some of her sour cream from hers. Then the chicken in the bowl was cold. Not even warm.

Disfunction junction!! I order online, one girl putting everything together in the take-out area. 5 other employees walking around doing absolutely nothing. My order isn’t on the shelf with other completed orders, so I had a few minutes to watch the show. Patiently waited 20 minutes thinking as soon as my order would be on the shelf with the others. Nope, after stupidity waiting, asked if there happened to be an order for me? Sitting back on the table nowhere near where it should be. Stone cold. Thanks Chipotle, now we’re done for good. And as usual, the tables in the dinning room haven’t been cleaned since they opened. At least we can expect that to be consistent.

I will always come to Chipotle occasionally, but the management here needs to step up with their employees. Sense of urgency is severely lacking and food lately has never been on time. I completely understand online ordering has changed the game and puts a lot more orders in with added stress, but then strategy for the workforce and processes need to change to keep quality and punctuality at higher expectations. Customers shouldn’t have to watch food being prepared out of order or at a slow pace. More employees would help too at peak hours

Tried to order kids make your own. One employee had no clue but what seemed like a manager took over and made things right. It was a Thursday night at 6pm and it was very very busy. They seem to push the line through quickly.

DO NOT EAT HERE WHEN ITS BUSY UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING….as i was waiting in line on 4/28 another take-out customer was complaining about the wait. the girl behind the counter stated how a few locations were closed and they’re “literally going as fast as they can”. so i guess this means the grill guy was too, cus i ended up with undercooked chicken and the worst case of SALMONELLA that i wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. I guess i realized too late when i stopped eating my bowl. been a chipotle fanatic for years and now I won’t even bring myself to go near their food.
