By far one of the best five guys I’ve been to. Purses a grilled cheese sandwich added a patty bit into it and sweet honey ice tea. I was in heaven but still on earth thanks for the fantastic sandwich. Return the next day and still the same thing. Whut I’m not worthy.

For the price paid, the quality doesn’t match at all. The meat is so bland absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. I don’t get the hype with Five Guys. I think they have just expanded way too fast too quickly.

I love Five Guys and the burgers at this location are good. But tell me why they forgot to put bacon on my burger, and when I went up with my receipt to tell them, this lady asked me if I wanted “bacon on the side?” She legit was gonna gimme some strips of bacon and call it a day. And they charge $2.50 for fountain water.

Their peanut oil cooking is unbeatable. The way burgers and fries should be. The milk shakes are pretty good too. Free roasted peanuts for self-serving in every location. Simple, nothing fancy, but they do it well.

Burgers and fries are great, customer service is top notch, restaurant is clean. But the last two times I visited within two weeks, the soda machines (both), had the syrup ratios wrong or were empty. I did see an employee maintaining the machine the first visit but I guess it wasn’t resolved. Oh, and the drinks had black gunky splotches coming out as well. Tossed the drinks and had just the burger and fries.

went to this location around 918pm on Monday night, noticed my buger smelled like raw burger, checked appearance, it showed no pink, I’m going to assume, since it was nearing closing, staff Cross Contaimanated, using the same gloves they handled the raw meat to fix the sandwiches, i felt sick after consuming, woke up around midnight still feeling sick to my stomach, nauseated and had full blown diarrhea

Online ordering is completely pointless. They don’t start making your food until you get there and they are slow af. They are also too stupid to read your name on the order even after you check in so they just yell arbitrary order numbers and you have to keep asking if your order is ready

I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember. The burgers and fries are great, their milkshake is delicious, and their drink options are broad. Pricing is good and the wait isn’t bad when there’s about 2-3 people ahead of you. The establishment is clean and there’s protective plexiglass installed throughout. Tables are cleaned regularly, but seating conditions doesn’t really allow for a socially distanced environment. They’re isn’t outdoor seating for this place as other establishments on the plaza grounds. Overall, I do occasionally come here and we haven’t been disappointed with the food, but sometimes they can be out of certain drinks.
