Domino’s now has a central call center so no matter where you call they’re going to direct you to the store of your choice the orders have always been completed as I’ve asked and the staff at the stores seemed relieved from not having to answer the phone and in return your food is prepared in a timely manner. I was very happy with the Yakima store behind the 7-Eleven off of Yakima Ave.

This is the pizza I received today. I ordered hand tossed and they sent me thin and crispy. When I spoke with the manager Tanya, she argued that she cooked THIS PIZZA herself and that they were indeed hand-tossed. If there is a thinner Pizza than this, it’d be a cracker. I’ve ordered enough Domino’s to know which Crust I like. And it wasn’t the fact that she immediately dismissed the idea of having made the wrong pizza but her condescending attitude towards my complaint. I get that people complain about pizza often but I didn’t want anything free, simply a correct order. She must have been mentally exhausted because she could barely follow the conversation we were having about cheese being hard due to the style of crust. The soda was good

Love dominoes idk what it is but I prefer dominoes over any other pizza in town.. there pizza is better for leftovers as well.. my son loves dominoes as well. When I see Pizza Hut and there slogan “No one outpizzas the hut”. I’m like I can think of like 3 lol

We’ve tried ordering online but the website doesn’t want to work and when addressing it in-store, the person at the counter was extremely rude. When we did try and place the order there in person, they proceeded to tell us that we weren’t able to order because they were “backed up” but they still took the person’s order behind us. After I called later to address the issue, they just said that I should just go to another store. I do NOT recommend this location. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an issue. We’ve also issues with one of their drivers complaining about how we didn’t tip in the order. (We only do cash tips so we know they get it)

LOVE the parm and garlic bread knots w/cheesy marinara sauce! Ordered on the way over from St. Paul’s in Yakima. Order was ready when we got there even tho close to closing for them. So friendly and helpful! Coupon did not work online but server was glad to give it to me anyway! Love this place.

Horrible customer service. Terribly hard and burnt pizzas arrive. They take way too long to “quality check” an order, causing your food to only get harder after being overly cooked. Their employees can not even muster up a simple hello when you are trying to speak with them. Better to say, try another Dominos. You will have better service and a better pizza.
