Food was absolutely horrible. I ordered two for seven, and I picked the original chicken sandwich and cheese sticks. I waited in drive thru for a while so I’m thinking that my chicken sandwich is going to be nice and fresh, but Nooo the bread was so hard that I thought i bit into some styrofoam & the chicken was sitting in the heater evidently because it was nasty and dried out. The cheese sticks were still full of grease in them it was absolutely horrible. I thru my food away tried calling there 3x’s for a refund since the inside is closed since covid. No answer just vm

Got the 2 for $7 chicken sandwiches. They were tasty. Also had the wagyu burger with bacon and ranch which was just alright. The by get was a little dry and the bacon was flavorless. In my opinion they should stick to roast beef and chicken. Glad I used the app and got $5 off or my review would have been a 3 star instead of the 4 star that I am giving them.

Bye, Bye, and Bye! I went there yesterday and was reminded that another fast food restaurant has forgotten about customer service 101. What does it take to just serve customers the way you would want to be treated? I waited so long for my food, and no one came to the drive thru window to explain, or apologize. I could see employees in the back area just looking my way, talking and laughing. I guess they had time to laugh and talk but not take care of their customers. I don’t usually go to Arby’s because the drive thru line is always long, but there was only one car this time so I went there to give the community restaurant my support. Good riddance to another mediocre restaurant.

Roast beef was horrible. No horsey sauce at this location either. That something I need to know when I order. Inside was closed and long Drive thru line made it about a 20 min wait. I was totally disappointed. The kids meal chicken nuggets were hot though. All fries were Luke warm..

Why do you allow people to order and pay online? If we can’t pick it up in the lobby because the lobby is closed. Now I have to go through the drive-through where it’s 15 cars deep and wait to get my food. Would have just came through the drive-through in the first place.

Terrible Experience. 1st: The Manager Heather (if that’s even her name because she wouldn’t give me her last name) was very rude & unprofessional when she took my order (I ordered a salad with Crispy Chicken). I asked for both Ranch & Honey Mustard Dressing (I hadn’t been to Arby’s in years so I wasn’t sure of how the salad dressings would taste because I hadn’t had them before) and I asked for an extra one each (I offered to pay for it because I assumed asking for 4 salad dressings was not standard) she refused stating some company policy…blah blah blah. I was confused but agreed to the “company policy” with no issue. 2nd: (Drive Thru Cashier was nice-a young Man) as I waited he told me “salads are prepared fresh”. No problem as I waited patiently. I received my food but didn’t check the bag because duh, I only ordered a salad and a drink. I noticed the bag felt really light but nonetheless I just thought it was the weight of a salad. I drive to my office (I was on a lunch break). As I took the salad out I noticed the container was VERY GREASY & WET & 1/2 full (I’m thinking “this is odd”) As I open the container I couldn’t believe what I was seeing…THEY HAD GIVEN ME A SALAD THAT HAD BEEN HALF EATEN BY SOMEONE!!!!!! How do I know…I have pictures and it was bitten off chicken and dressing on the salad!!! I was immediately INFURIATED AND DISGUSTED especially in the middle of a PANDEMIC!!!! I was so UPSET I left my office immediately & drove back to the Arby’s and demanded (thru the drive thru since the dining room was closed) to speak to the manager. Manager HEATHER “No Last Name” tells me and I quote “the salad has not been eaten”. I look at her like she’s crazy (You’ll see once I post the pictures I took). Side Note: I returned EVERYTHING the way it was given to me (1 salad, 2 unopened salad dressings, 1 drink with the unopened straw…I hadn’t even touched the drink either). She continued to deny the salad had been eaten but admitted SHE (see #1…the one who took my order) placed it in tbe bag. Her apology was “my bad” after I questioned her on how she could have placed that salad in a bag as nasty & greasy as it was. She then says I can have my money or a new salad cause she has to get back to work. I then asked for the General Managers name and phone number. Heather tells me it’s “LaTonya” restating they don’t give last names but she’ll give me the number. As she leaves me standing outside in tbe cold (remember dining room closed) as she retrieves the refund and phone number written on tbe back of a receipt with no other acknowledgement. I called the corporate number and you guessed it …STILL NO CALL BACK!!! I will NEVER eat at this location again. I would not recommend anyone eat here. The WORST!!!!

Drive thru wait time is always 30 mins hence why I’ve never gone back after 2 times. They did incorrectly give me crinkle fries instead of curly. The sliders were always good. But that wait time is ridiculous!
