I would like to share that I ordered online delivery and waited 1 1/2 hours before I called and spoke to a manager. A very nice lady answered and explained the situation as I was trying to be patient. She had the manager call me regarding the issue. Katie was her name, and I would like to give a shout out to her professional customer service. She first apologized for the problem and then offered to make it right. She personally delivered my order within 15 minutes of talking to me. That is excellent customer service and appreciation. Thank you Katie!

Terrible customer service and professionalism. I walk in and order the #9, had to wait 15 minutes because the guy who made the sandwiches was in the bathroom. The cashier was unable to make the sandwich and the other person that was there was going on their break. Finally I get the one sandwich I order and I get the WRONG sandwich . It seems that every time you walk to a Jimmy Johns in Indianapolis, the people who work there don’t seem to want to be working there. This truly sucks for the customers! This was at #161 on 2624 Lake Circle Dr, Indianapolis.

Never again will I order from this location. It is too bad that this location gives Jimmy John’s such a bad reputation. Today, I ordered lunch for the office. Unfortunately, the delivery took over an hour and half and the food was terrible. The manager made excuses instead of providing an apology.

Ordered through Uber eats, was charged, but the store called to tell me they voided my order because they ONLY use thier own drivers but, they have no drivers tonight so, I paid for food I’ll never get, and Uber won’t refund the money because the store claims they accepted the order. Long store short, they advertise on Uber eats and grub hub to get free money by scamming you. Don’t order here!!!

On January 21st I ordered a meat at 6:25 for delivery and I gave them time to prepare it so it could be delivered, but my order was never delivered. And I will be at work today a day after I ordered my food and I won’t be home to get it. Therefore I have experience poor services and delivery from Jimmy John’s.

I’ve ordered here quite a bit. I came in today and I ordered the sandwich I always get, the country club. They made the whole sandwich wrong. They put mayo, turkey, and bacon. Bacon doesn’t go on it, missing the cheese, missing the ham. Not sure what they made at all. Definitely not worth the money I paid for it. My boyfriend ordered as well and his sandwich was wrong.
