Ordered 2 whole chicken but unfortunately one of the chicken is a bit dry. Their cornbread are just perfect because they’re not too sweet. Chicken size aren’t consistent, sometimes small and sometimes it’s just right. Today the meatloaf and chicken are juicy and perfectly cooked.

The restursnt looks dirty. The menu screens were all broken. The drink machine was completely broken and only 5 water bottles available to buy. The Mac and cheese was cold and bland which was so much better years ago. The chicken has no flavor and over priced now. The mash potato’s were watery. Boston market used to b good now it’s trash.. not visiting again

I have never left a review before but the food was so awful I had to this time. I have enjoyed Boston Market many times previously. Today I ordered a 1/4 white chicken meal with corn and mashed potatoes. The chicken was tiny, probably Cornish game hen sized, and was woefully under seasoned. The corn seemed like it was the cheapest frozen corn from the dollar store, and that would be generous. The biggest crime of all was the mashed potatoes. I love mashed potatoes, and I used to love Boston Market mashed potatoes. These things were awful, nearly inedible. They tasted like someone took instant mashed potatoes and mixed it with 50% sawdust. I have had better mashed cauliflower, and I despise cauliflower. Boston Market should be tried for crimes against humanity for daring to serve such lifeless mashed potatoes.

My mom wanted to surprise my kids and ordered them Boston market. The mash potatoes tasted like they were from the box and the meatloaf looked and smelt like dog food. No effort was put into the food at all.
