As a regular, the employees at Black are a cut above any of the competition within the mall, friendly, curteous, and efficient in their work. They also are willing to answer questions about their products, which is helpful to those with allergies or dietary restrictions.

We ordered 2 large hot caramel machiattos . I forgot to ask for almond milk and he had no problem remaking the substitute for me. Drinks were so delicious we came back and let him know. We will be back!

Food was terrible. Soggy waffles cold apples on the apple streudel waffle. Hash brown waffle was raw in the middle and side of ham was just heated deli meat. Threw our food out and will never go back.
