I’m a regular chipotle customer at locations in Ohio, but this NKY location has dropped the ball each time I’ve visited. Not only is this location the most expensive in the tri-state, but the portions are the smallest as well. Seriously, the last three times I have been to this location you get half scoops of proteins and toppings. My advice is to skip this location and go to a different Chipotle.

Chipotle’s customer service from their corporate office has been understanding, kind, and very helpful, which has unfortunately been necessary because this KY location continually delivers incomplete orders. I almost never get my drink with my order. Sometimes they are out of what I order, but there is no communication from the location to replace the drink or fix the situation, so I just don’t get the drink but I pay for it anyway. Also, the burritos from this location are sometimes super small and filled very minimal ingredients. Very appreciative that the corporate office is always willing to help sort it out for me, but it’s really obnoxious that I have to call them so often. The food is just way too expensive to keep having issues like this almost every time I order from there.

Completely done giving this location 2nd chances. They consistently short you on EVERYTHING. Tired of having zero chicken in my bowl, a virtually empty chip bag etc and feeling scammed when I get my food. I have run out of patience with this store and will not be back. Easily the worst chipotle out of all the ones I’ve been to.

Very unhappy experience here. I am a big fan of chipotle, but for the price I expect enough chips to finish my meal. I was given less than 10 chips (which I paid extra for) and politely asked for more. When I did, the female employee rolled her eyes at me and gave me two chips. After I walked away she laughed at me. Safe to say I will not be back at this location!

Every 2nd or 3rd time I order from this Chipotle, the food is so spicy that I can’t eat it. It’s such a bummer. It would be one thing if all Chipotle’s were the same & I just knew I couldn’t tolerate the food overall. But, generally, I can & I like the food. It’s just this one, closest to my house may as well be marinating things in habanero…. Which if you aren’t a super spice-loving fan, is a total buzz kill.

The woman at the start of the line couldn’t stop talking poorly about her coworkers for long enough to listen to anyone ordering. I had to ask her multiple times to correct mistakes she was making on my bowl because she just wasn’t listening. Everyone in line was uncomfortable. Bad look. Corn was also literally frozen solid. The servers were great but oh my gosh the food tasted terrible. There were tangible salt crystals in the rice. I’ve never experienced anything like that from any chipotle locations before. The beans and rice were undercooked on top of the salt overload. I couldn’t eat up to half of my bowl, I had to throw the rest out.
