I had ordered 5 pizzas for the company I work at and never did I once say that I wanted a thin crust pizza. We ordered 3 thins and 2 regular crusts and I was stuck with a thin crust ultimate pepperoni pizza. The person who took my order never even confirmed what the entire order was. The food was good but I did not get what I had initially ordered.

Poor customer service!!!! My order was completely wrong! I called my order in and when I received my order it was wrong. I was ignored when I asked about how long it would take for them to remake it and received no answer. I asked for the manager which apparently was next to the guy helping me. He looked at me and walked away and continued making pizza’s. But took the time to acknowledge one of his friends when they walked in.

This location is good but kinda or weird when you order delivery. I type in my address and it automatically makes me order from here but then they cancel my order because “I’m too far” but this location is closest to me (4 miles away). That was my first experience. My second time I ordered pick for pizza and pasta. I was told they didn’t have pasta so they cancelled my order but no one called me. I was told this once I arrived.

I used to order pizza and other stuff from this location for more than 3 years, and I have never been upset like today. Delivery took more than 30 minutes, and the delivery man was grumpy and just kicked order to my face. I would never order anything from this location!

Never had a problem with the pizzas or delivery…today I got some of the cinnamon breads really tiny…odd. I’d like a full size on all 8 next time, please. Also, close the boxes with some sticker when delivering, “quality seal”, like other places are doing. That’d be great. Thanks.
