It’s a nice treat to be able to dine in proximity to the hot spring. The menu is vegetarian friendly. The tortilla soup was quite good. However, there weren’t much options other than salads for smaller food portions. I ordered vegetarian wrapps and had to take them out. The one negative comment that I have is the communication between the host and waiters. We had to ask for someone to attend us after several minutes of waiting as we were sitting in a separate dining area. We also asked for a couple of things along with our order but our waiter appeared to have forgot and we didn’t bother to ask again. Overall, a good experience.

I had a dream pasta dinner with salmon and the next morning had French toast for breakfast. The food was delicious, flavorful and served quickly. Complements to the team in the kitchen.

Let me start with the chairs. They are horrible! Painful. If you have arthritis or a bad back, they will not help you.

This restaurant was super disappointing, especially for the price. Our waitress was great but that was about the only stand out. It was insanely hot inside so I ordered extra ice to cool down. Ordered a San pellegrino as usual and they didn’t bring out the bottle just a glass of flat soda water claiming it was SP so I had to send it back. My friends tea cup was also sent back as it wasn’t clean.

I was visiting the springs and decided to eat at the Artesian / Wine Bar. My server, Mia, was excellent. I felt welcomed and she was incredibly nice and attentive. I got the Buffalo Short Ribs and they were phenomenal. I would recommend treating yourself to the Artesian/Wine Bar after a relaxing time at the hot springs. Thank you Mia for hooking me up!

Food and wine were good but service was fantastic! We especially loved our server at dinner Mateo- he was knowledgeable about the menu, made recommendations to accommodate dietary restrictions, and was extremely positive and friendly. We loved him so much we requested him the second night and he accommodated us even though he seemed extremely busy.

just would like to say. NATASHA, our wine bar server, was LOVELY! my mother and i enjoyed our dinner very much. NATASHA was very good at her job. the poblano fries were really good. as was the beet salad. the michilada was mid, and the sake mojito could have been stronger but i would get it again 🙂 thanks natasha!

I had high hopes for this restaurant as we love Ojo Caliente (both the hot springs and the accommodations) but our dinner meal was somewhat disappointing. Our appetizers took 20 minutes and our entrees a full hour to come out, and we watched other tables who had arrived after us get their food first. I ordered the salmon and the potato cakes that came with it were completely burnt. To be fair it was a busy evening and our server was somewhat hectically rushing to get to tables, but I don’t know that I’d opt to return given the experience we had compared to the price.
