I decided to check out 3 Snaps Bbq because several people recommended it. I couldn’t smell any smoke outside or inside. I got there about an hour before they close. The place was easy to find. The inside was clean and the staff very friendly. I ordered the rib tip dinner with bbq beans and potato salad. I also ordered on the side a beef link with Mac and cheese and greens. All of this came to $36. Soooo this is my review. The rib tips had a good smoke flavor but, were a little dry. The beef link was cooked well and had a good snap. The bbq beans were good but had a little more spice (cayenne) than I’m used too. The potato Salad and mac and cheese was just ok. The greens were bland with no seasoning at all. I have had better of all of these items (MINE). I have also had better and spent a lot less at other Bbq places. Not sure if I’ll make a repeat trip.

You want that BBQ that’ll make your mouth and tummy the happiest it’s ever been? You gotta get Melvin at 3 Snaps BBQ to smoke you up some Ribs, brisket, links, chicken, turkey, I mean they have it all. Done with the utmost care and precision. Tender, smoked to perfection and their sauces are prime delicious goodness. Prices are fantastic! Best, Best, Best BBQ you can get anywhere in LA, Southern California and the country for that matter. 3 Snaps BBQ is a can’t miss spot for your catering, business lunch, family gatherings, family reunions, picnics, etc or simply just stop and get a plate.

Man, this has to be the best bar-b-que I have ever tasted. The smoky taste was outright amazing. I had the rib and chicken link combo with bar-b-que beans and macaroni and cheese. The beans are going to take your palate on an awesome journey. I highly recommend this little hidden jewel. You won’t be disappointed.

What can I say the Best BBQ i have had since Texas. The chicken is seasoned rubbed just right the brisket melts in your mouth the Ribs are delish( I did let them cook a little more I like mine steamed) their sauce yummy. I no longer will worry about where to go for BBQ ive found it. The owner is kind offered to drop our order off but I couldn’t wait we were hungry everything was nice and neat in the pan nice touch. Keep doing what you do don’t change a thing i can’t wait to get my next order. God Bless you and your business keep it at only on Saturdays it works makes you want it more. Totally biased opinion! The food is great! Chef/Pitmaster Melvin is a total boss at the smoker! Try the Dino-Rib! Or the brisket or the chicken ( the chicken will knock your socks off)!
