Probably the best wood fired pizza in Utah. Awesome toppings and really good flavors, but the true star is the crust. It’s so light and fluffy on the inside but crisp on the outside. This place has mastered pizza. We got the blackberry pork one and the bruschetta/burrata. Incredible.

Finally, rustic pizza is done right. Drop into Cucina Rustico and enjoy the best pizza in Utah. Located right beside the Historic Wasatch Stake Tabernacle in downtown Heber. Yes, it’s a food truck and not a restaurant, but don’t let that deter you from ordering up a wonderful 10″ piece of heaven. Try their special pizzas, I had a sausage and pepperoni with honey on it, which was out of this world.

Found this food truck yesterday and have to say it is SUPERB. I’ve had amazing pizza all over Europe and Rustico stands with very best of them. Easily the best I’ve had in Utah. Fresh, imaginative and delicious. I wish I lived closer. Pizza didn’t last long enough to photograph. Next time… maybe.

Pizza is an original Italian pizza. The dough and the sauce are perfect. Dough thin and crust and sauce homemade and not spicy. Only downside they do not open everyday. and they could have bigger pizzas, but I think this is a limitation of the oven. Price is ok for the quality.

THE BEST PIZZA THERE IS. This place is so amazing theres not even words to describe it, the owner is so kind, the staff are speedy and nice, the wood fired pizza is sooooooo great. If your not sure where the truck is theres a locator on their site, but most often they are at the town hall. I would eat these pizza 3 times a week it is so good. And I definitely recommend the big but pizza it’s amazing.

Today in Heber the best pizzas una Pep-N-rose and a caprese #hebercity, one of the best pizzas I have eaten in the United States, the dough, the cheese and definitely the flavor of the sauce, highlight the freshness and quality … . After eating Italian food for years, the palate becomes demanding and this pizza really is the real Italian pizza.

Just ordered from Cucina Rustica for the first time, been meaning to try for a long time, but never have. I got a calzone and added olives and green pepper. It was delicious, the Dough was nice and crispy with a few slightly burnt spots , which I love. Great amount of cheese and sauce. Very good, excited to try pizza next time. But the calzone was on point.
