I was really looking forward to having beer battered onion rings. Unfortunately, they now only serve breaded. This was not changed on the menu. The manager checked the box and saw that they indeed were not the battered ones and she was nice and removed them from my bill.

We stopped by Prodigy burger on a Saturday around 3pm. We knew it was an odd time, and the place was pretty much empty. We placed our orders for an app and then waited a pretty long time for the waitress to come back to get out orders. During that time, we could see multiple employees going to the back room to eat, including our waitress. The food came out after a pretty significant time given the number of patrons. And…the burgers were missing toppings specifically requested (tomato and pickles). After requesting these from our waitress it took her long enough for the one not missing anything to be almost half way through. The food was ok, my bun was so soggy it was sticking to my hands and falling apart. The prices definitely did not reflect the food we received. And again when waiting for the check, super long time we sat waiting for our waitress to come back around. The whole experience seemed like we were eating in a struggling business with employees who didn’t really care to be there any more.

We went for the first time yesterday after hearing a lot of good things. The food was really good, the smash burgers are awesome, little messy but worth it. We had pretzel nuggets (a substitute for the fries) also great. Our server was also good, really attentiive and on top of her game. We definitely will be back.

I absolutely love the burgers and fries here !! I always build my burger. This time I got the single patty mushroom and pepper Jack cheese on a pretzel bun with salt and vinegar fries. The fries do not have a strong vinegar vibe..they are seasoned just perfectly and the cheese sauce is pretty decent. Also the chilli is good it’s more of a sauce you might put on fries or hotdogs not a dish on its own. I was a bit disappointed in the Greenwood location because the service isnt near as friendly as the w. 10th st. Location. Still not bad service..just a little “dry”. Still, we will return but probably to the w. 10th st. Location :).

Today was our first time and the burger was absolutely delicious. I had the Mac n Cheese burger and the bacon and burger both had great flavor. My only complaint is that the floors were super sticky and now my shoes feel disgusting. But other than that, the meal was great!!

Ordered doordash got tenderloin wasn’t pictured on the app. Beer battered vs panko crusted should be mentioned. Loaded fries should be mentioned what there loaded with chili and cheese. No cheese on my tenderloin but charges it. Ordered fries didn’t come in order and or pretzels. Disappointed in food overall. I also ordered patty melt and it had nothing on it besides cheese and burger meat. Definitely not the best in town.
