Nice presentation but the taste isn’t authentic. The dishes are made from pre prepared sauces. We ordered butter chicken and it was sweet?!?! The sizzler was super dry. The biriyani was tasteless and bland. When we requested for raita (yogurt) they were out. Not a place I would recommend or visit. Although the service was really good. We had a nice server who was patient and listened to us. Unfortunately they couldn’t help or do anything about the taste of the food. I wouldn’t go here again!

Excellent Food and comfortable atmosphere makes Flavors of India (Sarasota) worth the visit. I especially recommend the Peshawari Naan, something I haven’t seen in other Indian restaurants. I also like the fact that you can retrieve your receipt online …. I just wish they allowed the option to skip the paper version.

My family went for the lunch buffet (buffet is 11:30-2:30 ONLY). This was our first time trying Indian food. We all thought it was fantastic, so flavorful and delicious! We can’t wait to go back again!

The vindaloo tasted like a spaghetti sauce and hot sauce mixture. Asked for medium hot. Wow! Could hardly take it. Samosas are small with little flavor. Had to ask for chutney tray. Garlic naan was amazing. I was really excited but felt let down.

Great ambience and food. Taking off one star due to limited options for vegetarians. Highlight of the buffet was deserts…. utterly delicious and a good spread of kheer, halwa and gulab jamun

Food was alright. Not particularly spicy. The fried donut balls soaked in syrup are delicious but dont try them if your diabetic!

Sat outside. Service was good with a nice selection of well prepared Indian food. Good vegetation and vegan dishes if desired.

We went to the all you can eat buffet for lunch. They had so many good options. I believe they give the first nan bread for free. But you can order extra if you prefer it over rice. Not sure if it costs extra for that. I tried pretty much everything even the desserts. Love their masala chai tea. Unfortunately the salad in the salad bar was not fresh.

Good enough but expected it to be more tasty reading the reviews. Paneer was good. Chicken was dry and the lollipops were very dry. Good portions.
