It’s no reason there should be 7+ employees in the kitchen and it still take over 20 min to get help and an additional 20 min to get my food. Training should be done after hours that way when it is busy there’s no hold up, if they would do less talking and more working I guarantee they wouldn’t be as backed up. This place needs new management and new employees, I’d rate it 0 stars if I could.

Bad management, bad service. Employees rolling the eyes with customers. When I drive up to the window, they were keep talking and not come for me. Their drive thru machine and headsets are bad!! They can’t hear you, you need to speak up and repeat serval times, but they get mad when you speak louder. That’s ridiculous!!!!!!! Please hire someone has better service! ! ! Visited at 7/14/2023. Worse Popeyes I have ever been.

On 03/03/2023, I purchased a sandwich and a combo with a side item. I waited at the window for at least 15 minutes, my change was incorrect, didn’t understand why I couldn’t get a receipt, and when I get home from working 9 hours I discovered the side item had been omitted. Tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. Suddenly I remember why I don’t patronize this fast food establishment. Do yourself a favor and dine somewhere other than Popeyes.
