We decided to check out the new Taco John’s in town. However, the experience was not as good as I expected. First, they did not include my side of potato. I had to go ask for it. Second, I waited for an extremely long time for my order. In fact, people who came before me got their food first. Lastly, the food had a very strong, overpowering flavor. It did not taste good at all. (Of course, this is my personal taste. I highly recommend you come and try it for yourself). However, the woman who took our order was very nice and understanding, and when she brought us our potatoes she even brought an extra one. Also, the restaurant, being new, has a very nice atmosphere and is very clean. Overall, I do recommend you come and try the food, and hopefully have a good experience.

Never a line … which might be a bad thing . I ate here 3 times because of it. First time I had a nacho burrito combo and some churros… nacho buritto was TERRIBLE. 2ND time I had a giant burrito that reminded me of chidpotle. 3rd time I had shrimp mango tacos that were delectable & my dad had a steak burrito that’s was great. Now I will say EVERY SINGLE TIME the tater tot potato things are overcooked and old ♀️. Like literally never hot n fresh Everything else is decent.

Ordered just a simple lunchtime meal and waited 49 minutes. Food bad and mushy. Never will go back! Ever! The Guy taking orders had to take orders at 1st window and the 2nd checkout too. Plus he had to deliver order to my car while 5 cars were waiting for him! He was really nice but totally incompetent not doubt supervisors fault. WTH! I’ll give y’all 6 months before closing.

I ordered ahead on the app and went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. The employee at the window was very rude. When I got to the window, I waited for quite a while (about 10 mins) and was greeted by a young man saying, “Is this for you?,” nothing else being said, and I was the only customer at the store. He handed me my order, but when I pointed out that my drinks were missing, his attitude made it seem like I inconvenienced him for being there and asking for my complete order. I understand how hard it is to work service jobs, but I was the only customer, and the store had been open for several hours, so I was baffled by this man’s attitude toward me.

Not the employees fault. Burritos are complete TRASH. I got 2 breakfast ones, the chorizo, and one with bacon, egg and cheese. I threw most of it away. Flour tortilla was raw, it was not heated or toasted in any way, which made the burritos lukewarm at best. They don’t have shredded cheese! Only nasty flavorless cheese “sauce”! Eggs are unseasoned and yucky. I guess I’m lucky they use real bacon and not Bacos. Do NOT bother trying this awful food!
