First time in the restaurant for many years. It used to be a great place to get Italian food. Boy has that changed. All I got was House Salad and a cup of the Greek Spinach soup. First of all, the soup was terrible, with the appearance of green mud. I tasted it on the tip of the spoon and it tasted almost soured with a gritty texture. I tried another taste, thinking I could eat it, I could not, none of it was appealing. I told the waitress that I could not eat it because it did not taste good and it was not appealing even to look at and asked if it could be taken off my bill. All I did was taste it, not eat even a full spoonful. I asked if I could get a cup of one of the other soups. She took the Greek Spinach cup with her and came back about 10 minutes later with the response ‘the manager said if you get another soup you will be charged for both.’ I told her to forget it. So I had a house salad to eat, which was nothing more than a plate of greens, nothing else, with house dressing on i, a vinaigrette. And there was so much dressing on it that the greens were literally swimming in it. Not edible either, but to say I had something to eat I ate a few bites of the greens, the rest was a soggy mess.

Great atmosphere, great service, amazing waitress, food not so good. I think if they focus more on better food taste quality, then they would pull in more traffic and reoccurring visits. Maybe it was just a bad day for them …

Great Italian restaurant. We got the red snapper and the sauce was amazing. The mussels with garlic and white wine were great. And the pepperoni pizza was excellent. Service was spectacular, especially for our huge group of 26.

The food is always fantastic. I had the pasta with mussels. The mussels were cooked to perfection. I had the humus appetizer which is probably the best I have ever had. Good beer selection, excellent service. It never disappoints and I try to go here when I am in the area.

We typically love this restaurant but tables were crammed so tight in the restaurant you were afraid to move. The wait staff couldn’t get around. The food was less than par. Ughhhhhhh! It was such a disappointment. Not sure when we will be back.

The service was great! We had a really big party, but the waitress was on top of it! She was so attentive and anticipated our needs amazingly! I think it was Shannon? She was my old teacher. Couldnt ask for better service! The food….. oh the food! It was so gooooooood! I have to admit, I was kind of skeptical! I didn’t think it was going to be anything great. But boy was I wrong! It was really really good. And the sauce was unlike anything I’ve ever had before! If your anywhere close to this restaurant, you must make your way there!

I placed a carry-out order on 10/16/22 at Giuseppe’s in Frostburg for 2 lasagna dinners, and as soon as I got home, my husband and I opened our containers and both lasagnas had a very pungent odor. Both lasagna dinners tasted even worse and could not be eaten. I immediately called Giuseppe’s and told them that something was wrong with the lasagna that I had just picked up because it smelled and tasted bad. He told me that they make lasagna all the time, and that this lasagna was made yesterday. I asked him to taste the lasagna, but he wouldn’t do so to verify that it was bad. I then asked for my money back for the lasagna portion of the dinners, but he refused and only offered to replace the food because he didn’t want to be out any money. I pointed out to him that we were out $37.00 as the dinners could not be eaten and had to be thrown in the garbage. At this point, we didn’t want any other food and didn’t feel like driving back to the restaurant. I asked if he could just issue a restaurant credit for next time we come, but again, he refused and said he would only replace the food. We have been customers of Giuseppe’s for years, but the customer service that we experienced on this evening cannot be overlooked, and we will never return.
