Don’t order from Pizza Hut very often, but I just had to try the new meat lover melt. It was very good. The staff was polite and had my order hot, and ready on time. Using the mobile app made the process very easy.

Ordered a family order of cheese sticks and got two extra sauces thinking that’s always equalled sauce and cheese stick, but not anymore. The sauce is half the size it was and I thought don’t be negative the cheese sticks look great! Well I bit into one and it was almost all bread. How could it look like there was a good portion of cheese on it but it was very deceiving and disheartening. Also have tried to get the box special for, forever it seems but to no avail it’s not available. If you are going to go up on price then please don’t go down on the food. Prices unfortunately won’t stop going higher so at least keep the food portion the same and don’t substitute or water our food down. That being said my experience with the staff is great! They are very nice and friendly and will check your food with you to make sure if you’ve ordered anything extra it’s on or in with order, checks with you to see if it’s cooked to your liking or close and offers napkins, plates or utensils. Pizza is always great but the service can be subpar. The wings are good but the sandwiches or calzones weren’t a party favorite. The water tastes like terrible tap water. Please get filters or something! I miss the salad bar and wish they would bring it back.

We ordered the small pizza with pepperoni and pineapple plus a small order of the cheese sticks. Delicious!! Had a great waiter. He made sure we had everything we needed and a box for our pizza to being home.

Wont be going back to our local Pizza Hut (for pizza) again! Our pizza was partly under cooked, I ended up throwing 3 slices in the trash due to soggy crust (was supposed to be pan pizza- anything but).

Place was filthy. Our pizza was undercooked and had to go back for longer cooking. The remodel looks nice, but there was so much filth on the floor you could feel it through your shoes. Bathrooms were also disgusting. Place was well staffed and NOT busy. Staff continually walked over the garbage on the floor, 2 sec of sweeping, and nobody could bother to do it. Next time will drive to crossville.
