I really like Papa Murphy and the take out service they provide. I was roped in to going every Friday because of the 5.00 special. The pizza was tasty and the ingredients fresh. One time we even I ordered 10 at once. Even though that amazing special has ended, the kids love it. So today, we decided to go in to place an order for 8 pizzas. I’m not sure what is going on but my wife was told that she would have to call ahead for an order like that. I was shocked because we have placed orders like that before as walkins. They didn’t even offer to take a smaller order either. I’m very disappointed that we ended up eating somewhere else tonight. Not the typical service we get there.

Excellent customer service and the pizza is delicious! This was my first time visiting a Papa Murphy’s Pizza. My husband mentioned that they make your pizza fresh and prepare it for you to take home and bake. The portions of meat and vegetables able are very generous and we had plenty leftover for two or more meals. The lady who prepared our pizza greeted us promptly upon entering and answered our questions and we decided on what to select. She was very friendly, courteous, and helpful and I enjoyed our conversation as she prepared our order. My husband and I look forward to visiting this location again in the near future.

The pizza is great. But, the manager at 6106 Falls of Neuse should not work with customers. She is rude, arrogant, and nasty. We will continue to get Papa Murphy’s pizza; but, will avoid that location. Most other locations the people are so nice.
