This location is absolutely disgusting, there is constantly just crusty old food caked onto the counter top, that the employees just drag your to-go bowl through without a care as they put your dirty bowl into the bag and charge you to much money for bad service. I literally watched someone pour the old crusty beans from the previous batch into the new batch of beans…. Hot Heads looking pretty good these days!

What’s happened to chipotle? It used to be so good. The last three times I went there were dirty tables everywhere and food all over the floor. The food was so bad that I threw most of it away. The peppers were cooked black . The chicken was burned and the rice was absolute mush. The poor people working there seemed very unhappy. They are usually out of something. I thought chipotle was the best for many years but I really don’t plan to go back.

“Ran out of chips, corn and fajitas” conveniently 1.5 hours before close. Assuming they just didn’t want to heat more up or prepare more. Another thing that adds to this is that they “only were taking card.” Assuming this is because they already closed the register and counted the cash. In my opinion I feel this is not due to the business not having these items and services but due to poor customer service. One last thing is that when these issues were announced the lady came off very stern and like she hated her job. I would have gone to a different chipotle because corn and veggies are one of my favorite parts of the bowl but I was hungry and didn’t want to risk not making it all the way across town. I went to this chipotle at 9:30pm on Thursday night.

I had a very strange experience at this chipotle today. I ordered a bowl to go and after getting my food I walked over to get a fork and napkins. They didn’t have any forks at the counter. I went back to ask for one from the woman working the register. She said they were out and I asked how I was supposed to eat my food. She asked if I was eating there. I said no but I’m not going home and need a fork. I pointed to a stash of forks on the counter behind her and asked, what are those? She picked up the container and allowed me to take a fork. I guess she was saving them for people that hat were dining in.

I walked in because I got a text saying that my mobile order was ready. It wasn’t even pulled off the printer yet. There was no one in the front to greet people. People were in the back “cleaning”. Which included someone taking the rag the were cleaning the counter with cleaned out their air pods put them back in and used the same towel to keep cleaning. A line of people accumulated just from mobile orders and they had one person struggling to get them caught up before them could even help walk in people. And they forgot my chips! And the meat was tough and dried out you could tell it was sitting for awhile. I really never leave reviews but the past three locations I’ve been to have been awful.

Went in around 9 pm , they are open till 11 pm. Food was good but the service was busy, they had one person doing everything from making your order to refilling the station to billing . So it took 3 times more time as it would normally take, the staff was tired and overwhelmed so no cleaning / wiping in the counter . The food counter had food everywhere

The staff is always so friendly except for one lady with blonde hair, glasses and huge lips. I seem to always have a problem with when I go. She is rude to her co workers and has the absolute worst attitude with not only me but plenty of paying customers. Not to mention she laughed in my face after telling me they have no chips… on a Friday afternoon?
