As a seasoned bartender, the second a guest walks through the door you do everything you can to make them feel welcome and provide excellent service in order to get that big tip. I always tip 50%, the server seemed to care more about getting side work done than rather than working for a tip. I average $15,000 a night in the weekends in liquor sales by providing quick and excellent service. I waited a bit longer than a person should in an empty restaurant to look over the menu, wait a few minutes for her to remember I was there, drop the silverware and come take my drink order, I knew it would take longer to get food since she didn’t know how to open a beer bottle. After i tipped her $5 for a $5 beer, she said have a nice day and I never saw her again. P.s Thanks! to the creepy cook staring at me though the window, he then ran to the server as I was leaving to make sure I paid. Don’t know if it was the color of my skin that made him think I can’t pay, but I went out to celebrate the sale of my first home down the street from roccos and ended up at another restaurant that respects their customers and wants return service. I hope she’s at least tips or serve safe certified. Going through the reviews, it’s obvious the owner doesn’t care, no responses, no apology comments. Apparently good enough is the goal

I came here a month ago, and ordered the Mediterranean Pasta from the specials menu. It was absolutely amazing, and the fresh feta was the cherry on top! I had it again tonight…my new favorite. It wasn’t on the specials menu anymore but the staff was extra accommodating and was able to make it anyway! My server was a young guy – very personable, fast with our requests, and made sure we were satisfied. This place is Manchester’s hidden gem…

I’ve been going to Rocco’s for years now. It’s one of our go-to restaurants on Saturday nights. My favorite dishes included veal parm, which is consistently great, as well as the NY Strip Steak, which is very reasonably priced for such a quality steak.

I came in here for dinner on a Saturday night and was happy to see that they had a rather large parking lot in the back. When you walk in through the parking lot you see the bar first and then you walk back to get seated. Our waiter Chris was great, very friendly and quick to check in throughout the meal. He also made recommendations on the menu!

Rocco’s was so accommodating to our large group (22) Very friendly and welcoming. We were on a pub crawl and this was our first stop.. what a great time had by all .. the drinks were AWESOME! Although we didn’t eat at that time, we have in the past and never been disappointed.

My wife and I visited maybe 8 weeks ago, we sat outside on a beautiful night.. the 1st ones outside, so we felt a little bad for our server, Ari, who was Fantstic, treats you like long lost family. Food is very good, and great value too.. even list of specials, all reasonably priced, and include soup or salad. Not many do that anymore. Visited again tonight, and Ari is there again… turns out he is the owner! And I shouldn’t say it, but he always is throwing in something extra on the house, whether fresh baked mini loaf of bread, something tht leaves you saying, wow!! You’ll have to come and see for yourself! It’s cozy inside too, but we again were the only outdoor diners on anorther perfect night w Al fresco!=) we keep.leaving saying… we’ll be back!

I ordered a chicken cutlet grinder. It’s was old chicken and hard(not tough). Then they over cooked it with almost no mayo on it. So dry I couldn’t swallow anymore. So very disappointing and NOT inexpensive! NEVER AGAIN!

Food is always good when we go to eat or order in. Most recently. We went there to eat. Food is rather well priced considering good sized portion. Got stuffed mushrooms as an appetizer, they were very good. I would get them again. Then fresh made chips to go around with our dinner. There Chipotle blue cheese dip that goes with the chips is amazingggg…. the wife had boneless wings. They looked very food and she always enjoys them… i got the chicken francse. Great portion… very flavorful and delicious. The little one got a cheese pizza that was good as well. You will definitly leave feeling full. I WOULD ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
