Oh my dear lord. This was shocking. I am so tired of nobody caring about anything. This is an a $7 sandwich that had almost no meat on one side. I am sad. The roast beef came in a slab. Like cheap bagged lunch meat. I dont want to even call anymore, cause it doesn’t matter. Even if ur busy take a wee bit of pride in ur work. It’s embarrassing.

I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. This Arbys always seems to have something wrong. Today my kid wanted to go so we stopped for a fish strip meal and a French dip meal. Got home to find no sauce for either. After calling the person on the other end said the hot water wasn’t working for the Au Jus but I should have received tarter sauce. Then he hung up while I was talking.

This roast beef looks like something I have never seen Arby’s serve before. I spoke with the store and was told they will give us a replacement. That is good but honestly I am very hesitant on wanting anything from this location again. When speaking with management Trent, I asked what it is I am eating He stated roast beef and we slice it in the morning. I tried to explain that it’s not sliced it’s shredded and he said it’s their normal Roast beef. This has no flavor and does not seem normal, tastes very different with a very different look as seen by photo.

The fastest drive-through! The MANAGER actually handles the drive-through windows himself. Image that. And as soon as I got to the window, I handed him my card and he immediatly handed me my drinks, and a few seconds later my entire order and there was fried fish in that order; and fries. Thinking ahead to the max. What would happen if ALL Arby’s were this fast? Maybe they should have this manager train the other managers how to do it right. We can only dream. 🙂
