Incredible bbq!!! Everything is fantastically seasoned! The bbq sauce is excellent, but it’s a shame to put it on the chicken or ribs because the meat is already so delicious!

Since this place wanted to delete my review, I’ll write another one. I ordered food from here with my bf a few days ago, maybe even a week ago. I hear usually good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. I ordered half of the BBQ chicken, rice & fries. They told me they were super busy and it would be 40 min. No big deal, I get it. I got there and was told it’ll be another 10 min and they looked like they didn’t know what order we were talking about. After 10 min, they told me they had ran out of rice which I don’t get why they didn’t see how much they had to begin with. So I chose to have the mac & cheese instead. The mac & cheese had absolutely no flavor, the fries were SUPER soggy, probably left them in the bag the whole hour I waited, and to top it off, I got chicken wings & pork ribs when I clearly ordered half of a BBQ chicken. Terrible customer service too. Would not recommend.

Love writing a great review when given the chance. When you walk up and see the smokers outside; that smell just over takes you. I knew if the smell was any sign of how the food was going to be I was in for a treat. The beef brisket was perfect. Thin sliced very tender, perfectly smoked, nice pink smoke line right through the meat. Mac N Cheese was on point, the sausage in the Dirty Rice had great flavor. Oh and the BBQ sauces were amazing. If you’re stuck on the Parkway and getting hungry its a great quick stop. If your like me and across the bridge for work it is totally worth the drive. Great BBQ joint. Can’t wait to go back. From someone who has worked in the restaurant business for over 20yrs I can definitely say they know what they are doing at Big Harlie’s

We had a completely different experience! The food was really delicious. Served piping hot and quickly. We tried a little bit of everything just about. Baked beans coleslaw and dirty rice with sausage as sides. We will definitely be regulars.

Called to order food on a Saturday afternoon. I was told that they were not serving food until 1:30 p.m. fair enough. Two orders of the brisket dinner with sides of mac and cheese and coleslaw. Fast forward an hour later to go pick it up and not only was the order not ready I was told that the mac cheese was not done yet. The only sides they had were beans and ONE order of fries, that’s right ONE order of fries.The place didn’t even smell like BBQ so I doubt anything in that place is fresh. Needless to say I left and got a pizza down the street. Horrible business and terrible service would not recommend. And to add insult in injury WAY overpriced!

Went for the first time,The ribs were dry but had a good bark on top, overall I give the ribs a 5 out of 10. The pulled pork was just ok, and the sauces were the best part of the meal. The only issue with the sauce is that when you put it on the ribs, it brought out the salt on the ribs and it was unbearable to eat at that point…The mac and cheese is just plain gross, it was not cheesey and had no taste what so ever….

Had the brisket sandwich and chicken wings. Everything was great. Was the wife’s first experience with brisket and she loves it. The owner and staff were very nice. If you’re in the area looking for some good barbecue this is the place.

I finally stopped by and ordered the burnt ends and ribs. Best decision i made. The sauces are excellent but totally not needed. Perfect smoky flavor and cooked to perfection. Ate half of my bbq on the way home.

The prices are amazing, especially at lunch. My $8 rib lunch appeared to be a full rack, and it was great. I also had the yams, mac ‘n cheese, sweet potato fries and some of the chicken. Everything was excellent.
