I phoned in my order. I went and picked it up and when I got home my fries and deep fried mushrooms wasn’t in the bag. I called the restaurant and was told they had forgot to give them to me. I was told to come back and get them. From the time I ordered and having to go back a second time and hour had passed. When I did get home my fries and mushrooms were soggy and cold.

The food on the buffet had been sitting out FAR too long, and none of the games in the arcade work aside from the claw machines. Our waitress was helpful with bringing out some fresh food, but we had to request it and wait for it to be made.

The Employee was Rude ..i was waiting to pick up my order at the window she came by answered phone ..didnt acknowledge i was there so i waited 6 mins .blew my horn she came to the window i was joking around laughing bout me blowing the horn. i said( you didnt see me even though she did) she put her hands with a smug expression and said “And” i said well #@$% if people dont like there jobs they dont need to work there.. cause i try to make people laugh i understand it get hectic and dealing with stuff…but she ruined my day for a little bit with her energy and attitude….i use to would recommend them ..the food is good but customer care sucks

My family ordered a large taco pizza. We understand it’s probably not a big favorite…ok, no big deal. It was 15-30 min before closing time on a Saturday. We got it home, we couldn’t taste any ground beef on it, and it was loaded, and I do mean loaded with refried beans. The crust was great – I will give Giovanni’s that. I called back near closing at 11:00 asked if they perhaps forgot the ground beef…I heard a lady ask another lady in the back if it was put on the pizza. She responded rudely with “Yes, it was!” I just apologized for the call, told them I may not have noticed because of the over abundance of beans and said thank you. I’ll know if there’s a next time 🙂
