Came for lunch on Saturday afternoon. Not very crowded but notice a lot of delivery orders. The sturgeon in a hot plate was very nice and recommended. Also had the pork pancake which was crunchy but a little difficult to eat. In Vietnam it comes with a thin rice paper to roll up and easier to hold and eat. Also liked the salted lemonade and Vietnamese drip coffee.

A place I frequent if I need a quick-fix for pho. Menu here has been revamped. Their regular pho, like it or not, comes with Japanese Wagyu. Tender and pricey. They have a “light” portion for smaller eaters — but my guess is to cater for folks used to their older menu (and prices)? You pay a bit less than before, but also get less to eat. Thankfully, their broth is still good. Now, do I need Wagyu in my pho? Not me. I think it is best kept on a grill. I love their wing bean, and its size has shrunk too. Seems like a trend… enough surprises for today. Service is nearly nonexistent. I thought their robot was more cheerful. They “feed you like family” but sure don’t treat you like one. Unfortunately. Finally, I think their toothpicks should be managed with more hygiene in mind (see photo).

Disappointing food . The chicken in the pho was tough and chewy with lots of tendon .

Great food and service. No queues and we were promptly seated. Even the hard copy menus looked well sanitized and brand new!

The food is very average but environment is good for Vietnamese restaurant. Their beef pho taste suits my taste but the beef is hard. Expecting tender meat but that failed. Pho texture is just right. Side dishes also very average. Nothing to impress for a return.
