This place is dirty and unkempt. We had to ask our waitress to please sweep up the disgusting lettuce and food debris from around our table. It didn’t help much because we had to eat with several tables around us that were not cleared after the customers left. The tables stood full of dirty dishes and food on the floor around them the whole time we ate. The food itself was not any better. I ordered the full slab of ribs, and they’re not joking when they claim that they’re “fall off the bone”. They use so much meat tenderizer that the meat on the ribs is no longer meat. It’s a cross between paste and blubber. Completely disgusting to chew on that texture. Gross! The chicken critters i believe are actually “critters”. The name fits perfectly. Also gross!. We left most of the food. It was too gross to eat. The best part of this experience were the drinks.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. wasn’t impressed. Rolls and appetizer came out about ten minutes after the food came out. The steak I ordered was almost half fat.

I went to Texas Roadhouse today and on the app I put in a reservation and it said we were ready to be seated and when we went inside they still made us wait another 10 minutes. When we finally got seated it took us about 10 minutes to get drinks. Our waiter was horrible and it almost took an hour to get our food. He forgets things really quick like you will ask him for extra napkins and he’ll never bring them or we asked for creamy horseradish and it brought out the other kind and he said it was creamy which is wasn’t and then actually brought out the creamy horseradish because he realized the first one wasn’t. We also asked for rolls for our to-go order and they are supposed to box them up but he ended up just bringing the basket they come in like we are going to take it home with us. We asked him for a box which he should’ve in the first place and his excuse was that they charge for rolls to-go which I got to-go orders before and they never charge for them. Also, for my steak I asked for mushrooms and onions and he ended up putting it on the wrong steak and my baked potato was cold. Overall it was some of the worst customer service I ever experienced at a restaurant and the food wasn’t all that either. You can tell he was new, it seems like he needs to be trained more because clearly he needs some. I haven’t been here since December of last year and I never really been impressed by this place it’s overrated to me. I also hate how they scream on the top of there lungs for a birthday. If you want good food and customer service and a more quiet atmosphere go to red lobster.

A employee smoking their vape at, a table. Waited 45 to 50 minutes after the appetizers came out to receive our actual meals. Management did not care we were unhappy. The floors were dirty and not swept. With the appearance of the dinning room I was afraid to walk in the restroom. Tea was watered down. Two visits at two different stores and the same horrible experience. Will not step into another TEXAS ROADHOUSE. And all the manager would do knowing we were highly unsatisfied was take 15 dollars off the bill. What joke.

Easy to use app for getting in line and saving time.. Food is always delicious! Could have done without the servers dancing every twenty minutes while we ate our meal, but some folks are into that, just not us. Update: have been more often, and the dancing is less–thank you!! A great place if you like country music, which is usually pretty loud. The food is ysually worth the wait though.

Overall, great service and good food. The atmosphere was lacking. Very crowded, very little table space and zero privacy. Many tables were open and we still had a 25 minute wait. Prime rib came out rare and we had to send it back for medium. Salmon was good, but served with no side of lemon (if it’s a swimin’, it gets a lemon!) Loaded baked potatoes were good, but we had to pick out the bacon bits. For some reason the bacon bits were very hard to chew. The salad was your typical side salad. Besides the bacon bits, everything tasted good.

The food and service is excellent at the Marion, IL location. However, the music volume is entirely too loud. We were having a family dinner and could not converse with each other because of the volume of the music. As much as I enjoy the food I don’t know if this will be my top pick for dine in knowing I can’t even hold a conversation with the people I am dining with.

The food, Atmosphere staff & other patrons help celebrate my son’s 21st Birthday. This place was predominately white I was sure if they would be welcoming, “I WAS WRONG” every one was warm, welcoming and sang the song, at the end was the HEEHAW. Thank you Texas Roadhouse.

Arrived at 8:27 PM and was seated immediately. It was later on a Thursday night, not busy at all. It was over an hour until we got the meals for our table. A salad as a main entree, kids tenders, kids macaroni, and adult fish entree. Not sure why it took so long. We were in the middle of walking out and server came out with our food. Nothing seemed to be fresh, so we immediately asked for boxes. Manager was no where to be found when our server was looking for her so we could ask about the delay. Ended up getting a $25 coupon off our meal, but we did not leave until 10PM since it took so long to get everything settled. Very disappointed.
