This was the best experience we have ever had at an Abby’s. We were greeted, pampered and delighted. The spinach salad was a delight with the honey mustard dressing. The pepperoni pizza was crispy and creamy. We were very happy. Everyone was so nice!

Lady that took my order, forgot to give me a cup when I ordered a drink. Pizza was done semi quickly. Friend ordered chicken basket and had to wait over 25 minutes for her order! Tables needed to be wiped clean.

Short staffed and what staff they had was sooooo unorganized. Waited over an hour for 1 pizza. The people we were with ordered after us. Got 1/2 their order before us but never got the other half and finally asked for a refund. Won’t be going back there.

Been ordering breakfast to go from here on sundays regularly for a while now, lately it seems to be going down hill here. The customer service we received today was the worst I’ve seen in a while. The gal on the phone continued interrupting me as I tried placing my order, and made it seem as if it was almost an inconvenience that I was even calling. Then, my boyfriend went down to pick up our food. When he got there, employees looked at him but didn’t even acknowledge he was standing at the counter, after a good 5 mins (bout 25 mins after I called to place our order) he flagged someone down asking how much longer of a wait he had, the girl he spoke to walked back to the kitchen, came out and said “oh I GUESS it’s ready” and then handed him the boxes that were on the counter, no bag to place them in, and she just overall had an attitude as if she didn’t want to be there. They forgot our biscuits and gravy, and when I called back she questioned me as if I was lying about it?? They did get a new order for us and had us come back to pick it up, so I appreciate that.
