This place takes the award for ‘Longest Time Spent at a Drive-Tru’! I’ve quite literally been sat here for 15 min, half of which spent behind this one car. Two cars and a golf cart behind me have already left (lucky!). I guess the term ‘Fast Food’ no longer applies.

Very hot day. No iced tea or iced coffee was available. Burgers were not hot (fresh). The onion rings were bendable and a very light color, and not crispy. We have had great burgers and onion rings at other Burger Kings . Avoid The Villages one. Parking on the side also gave us the impression it was closed. Nothing on the windows, no lights showing.

I don’t eat burger King since I was a little kid it’s always been horrible experiences with this entire franchise didn’t matter what city even state but today was something else. The guy taking my order very polite easy going professional and quick, they actually used the first window for payment versus craming it all down to one and the lady was very polite as well. I was greeted by the same guy who told me to wait by the door as the nuggets where being fried and it didn’t take forever. The same lady came out told me thank you and gave me multiple sauces since I couldn’t decide. These people will bring this location back to life keep those people pay them what they are worth help them climb the ladder they are worth shame on you if you let those employees go with how hard it is to find labor in this area.

I have no idea how this place stays in business. Waited in drive-through for 25 minutes because people in front of me had not ordered yet and there were too many people behind me to back out. Drive-through clearly takes an order from somebody, has them pull up to the window, cashes them out and waits for them to get their food and leave before they even take the next person’s order. I Ordered a double cheeseburger meal. I asked for ketchup and salt only to be told that they were out of salt. Who runs out of salt? Got some fries I have never seen before. They don’t look like Burger King fries. Didn’t even get napkins, obviously an employee had to cut up paper towels. I guess they’re still around because they are the only Burger King in the area but they need some serious evaluating and training. Horrible!

Worst BK I’ve ever been too. Waited 15 min for my mobile order that they said they didn’t get. The girl asked me 3 times within 1 minute what I had on my very simple 1 burger order. I watched them handle my burger 2 times. As I sat eating, heard a gentleman ask about his burger, an employee said “I don’t know” as he walked out on break. He waited about 10 min for his.

Management can definitely use a refresher course on customer service. Management gives off the energy as if they really don’t want to be there and they really don’t care what goes on. I also observed a crewmember grabbing food with their hands instead of using utensils.. when I received my meal, my hashbrowns were crushed due to the crewmember grabbing them with his hands I immediately asked for a refund. Will not be returning to this location, and if you value at least halfway decent service, I do not recommend you use this location as well.

Burgers were not grilled enough, not seasoned enough, mushy! Place was kind of a pit! You could tell floors needed washing, they had no ketchup packets for your fries because apparently a manager from another came and took them all! REALLY, WHY?? Apparently needs new management!!

I wanted something quick.drove into the lot and I saw employees standing out back.i went in , there was no one to take my order. I called out numerous times but no one appeared. There was literally no employee in the front of the store. I left and walked around the back and there they were hanging out.. No wonder the parking lot is empty when others have business.
