I never do reviews but 2 bad experiences deserves a review. Visit one they had us pull around to wait for good. After 18 min I went inside and they had given our food to another car in line… totally forgot about us.

They forgot about our order. We order waited about 10 min 2 other sets of people came in and ordered. 20 min later they got thier food we did not. We had to go to the counter and ask about our food and they had to have us tell them again what we ordered.

Not only did they charge me for extra tartar sauce without informing me but got annoyed when I noticed it on my receipt. I had to wait for my food which is okay because as long as I waited I knew it would be fresh. Wrong. Then when I asked to speak to the manager about the charge he clearly could care less or he is slow.

I eat here often. Normally love the food. I like the beef and cheddar without the red sauce. I ordered two of them last night and both of them had the sauce scraped off. They still had the sauce flavor soaked into the bun. Not a huge deal, but irritating.
