I ordered my food in drive thru (Chk 4360). When I got home I noticed an earring back in my Kickin Chicken box. I also received a chicken finger meal instead of the Signature chicken sandwich meal. I took the food back to Zaxbys and informed the cashier. My order was redone. After I received my order a female in the back apologized. The front cashier then asked me to throw away the food I brought back that was on the counter the entire time I was waiting. Customer service and training is essential. I was disappointed I had to return because my order was incorrect and an employee personal property was in my food. The dining area cashier was unapologetic and did not throw away the food I returned. Instead she let the food sit on the counter and expected me to discard the order.

I have eaten at plenty of Zaxby’s, but this location by far has met my expectations! My mom and I had the fried house salad, and we saw right away that the food was fresh! I really love the way that the cheese and as well as the fried onions were packed in separate containers! I live in Hampton but would drive to this location for their fresh, delicious. The manager, Ronicia, and her staff were amazing!! Keep up the great work! She is a great asset to this establishment!! You rock Ronicia!!! I was not able to take a picture because ya girl was ready to eat!

I Ordered 2 Kids meals with 200 people standing around not to be concerned with the quality of food to go out and I still had to wait!!!!! Only to get a order of French Fries with my meal that is NOTROCIOUS!!!!!! So disappointing with enough people on staff doing nothing but acting busy and micro managing bad orders to go out! Right now I’m taking my time to write this because of the poor example of CUSTOMER CARE I received when placing the call to complain! The whole emphasis was on my word choice and not my complaint I CAN CARE LESS ABOUT MY FOOD BEING RETURN, RETURN MY MONEY ON THESE OLD COLD FRIES WITH A FRESH GRILLED CHEESE!!!!!! THANK YOU & I WILL BE SATISFIED, otherwise I’m forced to eat them since I was headed to the Pavilion to shop and I will be on the opposite side of the road coming back down and another MEAL wouldn’t compensate me for my inconvenience! Your Point Is
When ordering online throught the app, it wouldn’t allow me to customize the sauce for the nibblers. So, after placing my order for the nibblers along with another order, I asked the cashier to substitute my sauce that comes with the nibblers for the sauce that I would have been getting on my other order. That way , the cook can just throw it all in one batch of sauce. The cashier informed me that it would an extra charge to substitute the sauce….Why??? I’m not asking for a different order, just for the sauce to be substituted. They ended up doing it anyway without charge. Im unsure if there is a policy regarding uncharging for changes. But if there is, is there a charge for sause swapping? Another thing, why are the fries being cut back more and more. I orderd a large side of frys and it looked as though I was skimped. I ordered a house salad. The bag felt a little light but I chalked it up to be close to closing time. I get home and barely have any chicken to go with my salad, there was no cucumbers, and I needed a spoon to eat my salad because there was not enough salad for the fork to grab. If inside was open i would’ve return back zaxbys to get a refund. This is ridiculous!

Too slow. Didn’t know it takes 13 people to fry chicken wings and tenders. Management included. They’re rude and disrespectful to customers. Also the drive thru speaker was broken and they had to take orders from the tablet,which apparently makes it even slower to get the food. I used to work for Zaxby’s when I was a teenager, so I’m aware of the menu and protocols but this was ridiculous.
