Ordered online and picked up the order. Had someone else in our family grab it due to convenience. Unfortunately, this person didn’t check the order, and we ended up missing both AU Jus cups for the two French dips we purchased. Very disappointing, come back and get them, I was told. It’s a 20 min drive one way to get there, not about to spend 40 min for something that should have been in the order in the first place. No other solution offered. We won’t be returning.

The floor was absolutely a sticky mess the dining area all around the floor area was dirty cobwebs that it been hanging so long that there was a spider nest built in them by the door behind the trash dumpster that look like it’s never been clean, that’s by the front door. Went to try the new fish that’s been advertised on TV it looks so good on TV, when I got it I was totally shocked the pieces were about an inch and a half wide maybe 2 1/2 inches long, that’s not what they look like on TV does not serve the fork , sorry but I will not be back, if the dining area look that dirty my mind went to what’s the kitchen look like, my suggestion would be you maybe close it down for half a day get your crew in there and get some cleaning done, thank you

Started to go through drive through but the line was crazy long and wasn’t moving . I gave up and went inside where I was waited on quickly and left while the drive thru line had only moved by one car. So I suggest going in to get your order to go. It was very quiet and clean inside. Everyone was very friendly considering how busy they were.

For the price, could be much better. I’ve been to this location a handful of times in 6 months of being here and they ALWAYS forget something in your order. The fries are never fresh. The last time I ate there they tasted like burnt grease! The sandwiches are always overcooked or ice cold like they’ve sat under the warmer. Nothing seems to ever be fresh, then again that is fast food in this generation

Usually when I go here it’s not bad. Today service was quick , but the poppers tasted like they used old grease. The texture and smell were like old grease. I’ve also noticed that even if you say no condiments they still throw in some type of nasty berry dip.
