Drive thru for a quick lunch in our way north. Now we remember why it’s been years since we’ve eaten at a Hardee’s. Burger looked and tasted like it had been made 3 hours earlier, fries were soggy. Finished with eating at Hardee’s. There are so many places around d that are better food and better cost wise.

Drove thru the drive up n was waited on quickly and was greeted by a friendly worker at the window. She complimented my dog and the serving was very generous and good. Ill stop there again when I go thru Knoxville, tenn.

Around 5pm we pulled through the drive-thru. Sign on the window flashing saying drive-thru open. At the speaker we were told they weren’t taking orders at this time. What was the point of even being open? So tired of receiving poor service!!! Would love for someone to explain why treating customers like this is a great business model.

Ordered thru drive-thru a few times over past 6 mos; most recently 7/13 & 7/14. My gd loves Hardee’s hot ham & cheese and apple pie. EVERY time we’ve been here, there is only 1 cook and 1 cashier. The cashier being Ty’Miere. With less than a skeletal crew, our orders have always been accurate, hot, and tasty. Ty’Miere is always friendly, courteous, and apologetic for the wait at times. And their shake machine is always working.

We stopped at a Hardee’s on our way to visit my Dad in Florida recently and had an awful experience. We had been driving all day and thought we would give Hardee’s in Bryons, Georgia an opportunity because it was close to our hotel room. We placed an order online so it would be ready when we arrived. When we arrived to pick up, the employee working told us that they were out of the shakes we ordered. Due to this issue that hadn’t made our order. We explained we still wanted the rest of our order and asked how we would get refunded for the shakes they couldn’t make. The employee told us to just cancel the entire order, but we did not have an option through Hardee’s platform. The employee said we just had to cancel the order, so I drove forward to window to talk in person. The employee was counting the drawer and did not acknowledge us for several minutes. After 5 minutes I knocked on the window to get her attention. We explained the situation and she begrudgingly said she would make our order if we just pulled up. I pulled up to wait, but kid had to use the restroom. We I got out of the car the employee ran over to the door and locked them as I went to open them. It was obvious at this point that we had to go somewhere else to eat, so we left. I called the store twice to get refund and was told I that they had no way to refund my money. They said I had to contact corporate customer service, but there is no number to call. Hardee’s only has an online customer service that is a joke. I’ve left two complaints about getting a refund and I have not been contacted after a week. I’m only looking for a refund and will never visit them again. However it’s like pulling teeth and if anyone wants to share this post I would be grateful. I run a chained restaurant and it shouldn’t be this difficult to get a refund.
