Traditional Hot sub sandwiches that are amazing and delicious. Wonderful and fast customer service inside and outside while using the drive-thru. Great unique chips. Live music is sometimes being played. Plenty of parking. A but of a hassle exiting the parking lot since Starbucks shares the exit, so be careful.

I placed an order online for a Broccoli Cheddar soup and a chocolate milkshake. The milkshake looked like it was frozen ice cream. I wasn’t able to drink the milkshake since it was hard as rock, and unfortunately had to trash it. I had someone else pick up my order so I couldn’t complain about it at the time

Tried Potbelly Sandwich Shop in Waukegan and overall we liked it. The order/payment process seemed like it needed some work. We had to repeat our order to 3 different people before we could pay. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly. They did have several vegetarian options to pick from as well.

I’ve loved potbelly’s since college. It’s comfort food and fast. The soups are really good and the hot sandwiches are crispy and delicious. This location would be great but unfortunately the drive through was randomly closed when I went because they are a bit short staffed and the paper sign on the window at the drive through just seemed odd.

I loveeeee this place! My coworker and I tend to buy lunch from here a lot and their food never fails. Mac and cheese is a must try and the sandwiches are mouth watering good.
