6/23/23 Stopped in to get Coffee and the Chilled French Vanllia creamer was out. I asked the the young lady working the counter if there was any in the cooler at first she acted as if I was bothering her with the question then she said no(without physical checking) I asked her if she mind checking for sure, that’s when she said it doesn’t matter because she doesn’t know to change it anyway.

Not sure why I’m not going with one star but anyway. Been at this one a few times. The store is dirty at times and the men’s bathroom will about make you puke with the smell and it isn’t clean at all. I’m thinking of contacting with a comment to Casey’s about this location. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like and their food quality. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it wasn’t avoidable this time.

As far as gas stations go, I had a wonderful experience! They have SO much to offer, staff was friendly, and Shannon gave me an informative and brief run down on their seemingly great rewards program. The food in the warmer was fresh, and the store was clean. For sure a diamond among the other convienance stores. I’ve been a Speedway guy for the longest, but I definitely have a new go-to!

Casey’s has been here in our neighborhood for about a year now. They provide various products such as gas oil, windshield washer fluid, different items for your vehicle, candy, chips, pop, other beverages, fresh made pizza and subs made on-site in their kitchen. Sold by the slice and the whole pizza. Prices are comfortable. The pizza is pretty good, however I have not tried the stubs. Always friendly smiling service.

I was super disappointed with the customer service I got today. I was double charged for an item on my receipt, when I called back, no one would help me. I asked to speak to a manager and Jasmine talked to someone for a moment then hung up on me. I tried to call back and the employees screened my call and didn’t answer. When I finally did get through I spoke with Abraham. He told me to bring my receipt back in, and I tried to tell him I live 20 minutes away and he said “Well good then you’ll have plenty of time to come back on Monday”. I then let them know it was really rude of them to hang up on me without simply telling me “There is no manager here until Monday”. Abraham then got really aggressive and loudly told me that he and Jasmine were both too busy to be courteous to me on the phone. Apparently just hanging up on me made more sense. So I said okay, I’ll be making a complaint to corporate. He saod “OKAY CALL CORPORATE” then asked if he could get me that number and I was like yeah that’d be great. He hung up on me again. I then tried to call back a final time to simply ask if I do come bring the receipt back, will they be able to fix it today? As I work throughout the week and going in on Monday isn’t an option. He told me to hang on then just set the phone down. I waited a couple minutes then hung up. Casey’s, do better please. When I worked at a Casey’s 15 years ago I would’ve been fired on the spot for treating a customer like that.
