I was excited to see the pretzel pizza back. My family loved it. Everytime it has come back we ordered quiet a few. But yesterday the one I ordered was definitely a disappointment. It had the cheese sauce like I wanted. But the dough was NOT pretzel dough. It was regular pizza dough. I called to try to send it back and never got anyone on the phone. My grandson was hungry. He had just got out of the hospital and was there for 3 days. He ate it but I tasted it and it was horrible. I took a pic and saved some to take back today. Hopefully someone can make it the correct way.

This location is horrible. I ordered two deep dish pizzas:one pep one chz they literally made circular pizzas and cut them into squares. I’m so mad. If I’m going to eat pizza I want what I order, not a half a$$ lazy job done. It’s called crispy corners for a reason. That is not what I got! Won’t be returning! My kids and husband had no issue eating it but I will be damned if my pizza doesn’t look edible!

The pizza had no sauce, the dough and the veggies were not cooked. I asked for meat lover’s, but got pepperoni only instead. It was the worst pizza I ever had. I ordered the wings and I am not sure what or where the Parmesan sauce came from. It looked like baby food, just thrown on top of the wings. The young lady at the cash register was like a zombie. She didn’t welcome us, had a bad attitude as well. They should close this location down if that’s the best they can do. Just train people.

Now I will say I walked in and walked out which was perfect. What I failed to do was check to make sure my pizza for accuracy before I left. I guess my fault for trusting the worker when i was one of two customers in the store. I ordered pepperoni. I got sausage. I get home about two miles down the road, pizza is cold, chewy, not what I ordered, box isn’t labeled with the type and there is NO TIME STAMP indicating when this was made. If I hadn’t already drove home, I’d walk back in and complain. But seriously this is a big fail. Will not be coming back to this store again.

So I recently ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas, 1 cheese pizza, and 2 crazy breads. The young lady at the counter tells me 27 dollars and some change. I swipped my card, got my order and went home. That’s when I checked my bank notification and noticed I was charged 35 dollars. Tried to get the money I was overcharged refunded and was told that they couldn’t do anything with out my receipt. So just be careful and make sure they don’t overcharge you.

Relatively quick and cheap for pizza. Food quality varies greatly depending on day of the week. (Who’s working?) Skip the brownies. Remember to ask for your sauce/dip, if you ordered it as it’s not put in the pickup portal.

We ordered online and arrived at the correct pickup time. It seemed like they hadn’t even started making our pizzas when we arrived. Ordered at 7:38, and we had to wait in the lobby until 8:55 to get our pizzas. I would avoid this location at all costs.

Showed up at 8:40 and it was closed there was a lady inside but refused to answer the door there were a couple customers outside confused as to why they were closed. Very unprofessional and a waste of valuable time.
