Easily ordered online. The food was ready when it said it would be. The temperature of the pizza was perfect, the toppings were plentiful & it tasted great. The only thing I am disappointed with is you now have to pay for the little packets of parmesan cheese.

This place needs a major overhaul of employees. The lady Brittany, does not need to be in this type of business. I was a first time customer and the service I got was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING! She was yelling at customers, being rude, telling customers how she was tired and missed her hair appointment messing around with these people. I preordered a pizza and cheese sticks. She sent my cheese sticks with another order since she was the only cook and asked did I want to wait for mine??? Wtheck??? VERY POOR SERVICE PERIOD!!! Only got one star cause I had to mark something…. This is the Paris Tn location btw…

This pizza hut was not the best.The staff were very rude‼️ They did not have barley any sauce on the pizza.Our order was $ 65. plus, you would think that was enough for 5 people. Paris Pizza Hut uses Doordash. They always get lost and canceled my order last night because THEY had the address wrong. I went to the store and got my order re-made. The driver came in and had eaten some of my pizza and was apparently high on something! Until Paris, TN Pizza Hut gets better delivery I will not order from them.

Ordered pizza for pickup, it was not ready when they said it would be. The manager kept apologizing to me for the wait. They were slammed with orders and working very short staffed. Everyone was polite and working hard to get the orders out. My food was hot fresh and 100% accurate.
