This might be the best poke I have had outside of Hawaii. Spotless restaurant, friendly, and fast service. Oh, and the Poké is very fresh w dozens of items that you can add to customize it. Hard to believe this is a chain restaurant. Please don’t change a thing!!

I’ve always order at this place but today, August 17, 2023 is the most traumatizing day I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order on UberEats and when I was half way through my food, I found this huge bug. I am telling you, IT WAS EXTREMELY DISGUSTING! I will never order at this place ever again and I will inform all of my family and friends not to order at this dirty place. I don’t believe this was an accident as the bug is a size of my thumb. I’ve also reported this to UberEats, Texas State Department of Health Services and FDA.

Not a fan of chains but have to be honest, Pokéworks does it right. The fish is fresh, the service is nice, the location is clean. Love the option of the poke burrito. Sometimes I hate scrapping the bottom of bowls, and this is a nice solution when you’re on the go and can’t eat out of a bowl.

Good poke fast. Very busy at lunch. The to go orders get priority. Good selection. If your looking for traditional this isn’t it, but it is good for Austin.

No real complaints; it is a fast casual restaurant with good poke bowls. While the service has gotten a lot better compared to when they first opened, sometimes you have to have some patience when they have a lot of incoming pick-up orders.

Solid Poke Bowl. Reasonable portion size. Super quick on door dash. Not a ton of protein but decent amount. I did the spicy tuna and it was spicy enough but not too spicy.

This used to be my favorite place to get a poke bowl and at times would go every other week even twice a week. I always ask for chopsticks when I pick up my order since they tend not to add them and its a dish that I prefer to eat with chopsticks, however I had a bad experience with the employees. Heres what happened: went to pick up my order and asked the cashier guy if he could please give me chopsticks and responded rudely with “There are 4 chopsticks in the bag”, so I apologized for my mistake and as I was walking away the other female employees working on orders started laughing and looking at me. I heard them say “Do you heard what he said to her” and were laughing at something I didn’t understand. When I got home I understood why they were laughing…there were no chopsticks in the bag. I understand this might not be a big deal, but the way they were laughing at me was rude. I’m not a rude person. I’m always polite to them. I can confidently say that I won’t be coming back to this place. They lost a loyal customer. I will find another poke bowl restaurant that treats their customers with respect.

Unfortunately unlike other reviews, I didn’t have a good experience. I ordered online and when I got to the restaurant wasn’t greeted, fine. I picked up my order, not a friendly encounter just transactional, which again, fine. Then when I get back to work I discover they gave me the wrong bowl. I called and asked for a refund, which they issued but no apology. The menu looks good and the food looks fresh, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to eat it and likely neither was the person who got my bowl. I get that things happen and friendly customer service would have shifted my experience.

Ordered for delivery for my husband and myself for lunch. We both ordered 2 different sauces and requested a medium amount (out of light, medium, heavy or on the side options). As I was eating my bowl I was very disappointed at how bland and flavorless I found it and then I realized there was not a drop of sauce to be found. I asked my husband if his had sauce and he said no I think it’s just juices from the toppings. So both of us ended up with sauce less bowls. Also found the chicken to be poor quality.
