Tu Bones BBQ has some of the best BBQ you will taste, hands down… with or without sauce. All of our sides are made from scratch. We have a small shop that puts out BIG TIME flavor!
The name Tu Bones derives from Michael’s late grandfather Tvester Tusome Prince. All of his grandfather’s friends would call him Tu or Tusome. His grandfather’s bbq place was called Tu’s Rib Shack. In remembrance of the man that meant the world to him, Michael decided to keep his grandfather’s name famous by naming his BBQ company Tu Bones BBQ.

The food and service was great. This was the first weekend of the month, so there were options of collard greens, mac & cheese, and smoke peach cobbler. Serving size for the price is great- we ordered the 3-meat plate that comes with two sides. Drink options include sweet tea and 3 flavors kool-aid of kool-aid. We will definitely be back again.

This place is awesome!!! The portions are huge and the BBQ is great! It is a little hard to find the first time, it’s in the corner inside the Farmers Market. It took me about ten minutes of walking around to find it but once I did I am glad I did. I’ll definitely be back!

Better than anything ever anywhere. Ask for the Cajun Rice that he stuffs inside turkey leg. Sweet potato stuffed with pulled pork and brisket. Best brisket crust in Texas, unknown to most people.
